Placed an order a week ago and it hasn't moved. They've been responsive to my inquiries but still no update or movement. Their site states orders ship out in 1-2 business days. It has been more than 5 now.

The shorts i order were exactly how they said. Very comfy and wearable, will definiately be buying more.

Ordered items on 15 Jan and 20 days later still no delivery. Have tried contacting customer support left numerous emails and no response. Be wary.

Ordered a s in black base shorts. Such a comfortable fit and looked great. Unfortunately the inside seam got a rip. I may of got the wrong size. Due to stretching. I reported a problem and got a new pair send out straight away. Still couldn’t fault them. 10/10

I haven't received my order. Tracking states it has been delivered. Sent them an email got a response an hour later saying to check with neighbours etc. Id already done that be repeated the steps in the email. Replied (the same day) and again the day after. 3 days later and I've had no replies to my emails. I just want the stuff I've ordered.

My experience buying products from Original Fit Wear has been exceptional. I have bought three pairs of their men’s, 5” base shorts for gym workouts. They are my favorite go-to shorts. All the rest of my other shorts have been pushed to the back of the drawer. Original Fit shorts are the most comfortable when exercising hard, giving you plenty of freedom of movement. The cotton is thick with a little bit of spandex which adds some stretch. They hold on to you, hold their shape, and don’t creep up the legs. If you work rigorously on your legs and glutes, they’ll look GREAT! These are the shorts that will show off and flatter those muscles!! Customer service is over the top excellent. I have communicated frequently with Cris asking her questions. She is super kind, polite, friendly, patient, and personable, taking the time to respond to me in detailed emails that are professional while also feeling like you’re hearing from a friend way over in Australia. Be forewarned that because Original Fit Wear is based in Australia, your merchandise is coming from half way around the world. Be patient. You’ll get what you ordered soon enough, just not as quickly as if they’re coming from across the states. The products are WORTH THE WAIT!

I’ve now purchased multiple pairs of shorts from Original Fit Wear, and every experience has been consistently excellent. The quality of the products is outstanding — comfortable, well‑made, and great for both training and everyday wear.
What truly sets this brand apart, though, is the customer service. Cris and the team went above and beyond to help me with a recent order, offering a thoughtful solution that made things easy despite international shipping challenges. Their responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to find a fair outcome really stood out.
I’m happy to keep supporting this brand, and I’ve already recommended their shorts to people at my gym. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both great products and genuinely caring service, but Original Fit Wear does exactly that.

Original Fit Wear advertises free shipping to the UK, but what they fail to make clear (unless you dig into the fine print) is that returns and exchanges are not free. As a UK customer, this feels misleading — with an online fashion brand, especially one selling fitted items, you naturally expect that returns are straightforward and free, as sizing is always a gamble.

If you need to return or exchange anything, you’re looking at £12+ in postage costs, which makes trying multiple sizes unrealistic.

Sizing is also inconsistent, some items run much larger than expected, while others come up noticeably smaller. This makes the lack of free returns even more frustrating.

The quality is okay but nothing special, certainly not good enough to justify the hassle and extra costs. On top of that, delivery is slow, with items taking several weeks to arrive.

Overall, I’d recommend UK customers steer clear unless you’re happy to pay high return fees and wait a long time for delivery

Customer service is great! I ordered a pair that ended up being too small, and they were very helpful with getting me a pair in the correct size, with swift, white-glove assistance.

The quality of the shorts feel very good upon arrival, and they fit just right; eager to see how they hold up over time. I will be ordering more of these shorts in different styles!

Not like advertised. Very bulky material not made for the gym. Not really sure what there good for. Just another company scamming people. Expensive to return so just kept them. Complete waste of money. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY THESE SHORTS

The core shorts I ordered were high quality and very comfortable to wear. It was worth ordering and had them shipped halfway across the world!

I also had great experience with their customer service. Cris provided speedy responses to my inquiry, and resolved the issue I had effectively. I particularly appreciated how the customer service was efficient yet personalised (e.g. dealing with the same rather than multiple agents), which is rare these days.

Original Fit Wear has absolutely incredible customer service — easily some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Quick, helpful, and genuinely friendly every step of the way.

And the shorts… honestly the best workout shorts I’ve ever owned. Perfect fit, great quality, and they show off the quads exactly how they’re meant to be shown! Couldn’t be happier.

After I ordered I had questions about delivery status. I was shocked at the prompt, thorough, and pleasant response I received from Cris. I had several interactions and I’ve rarely experienced such phenomenal customer service. When the 3 pairs of shorts arrived they were a perfect fit, of superior quality fabric and manufacture, and well worth the price. I’m not generally used to this kind of remarkable experience from vendors in the USA. No wonder, they’re Aussies.

I have the staple oversized tee and 5” base shorts in most colours now, and they are both great quality and super comfy, Would highly recommend

I ordered a pair of charcoal and blue 5 inch shorts and they are some of the best shorts I’ve ever bought. They fit really well and hug your legs and arse. I cannot recommend these enough. OFW’s customer service is exceptional. When I had a query regarding my order and wanting to know if it had been sent, Cris kept me informed and answered all my questions. Don’t hesitate to buy these products, click what you want and buy. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon :)
