Same as all the others. Ordered super excited for the product only to get scammed no product/ or refund. I don’t know why they even bother responding to the emails. But eventually they stop! Please don’t get scammed

This company is horrible. Everything that was mentioned about this company is true. The only thing is that I never received my order. I sent them an email, and got a response,”we will look into it.” But didn’t hear back again from them. I had to dispute my charge on my credit card. Do not support them at all. They are u professional and don’t send your product to you.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Ordered April 29th, no communication until I emailed on May 11th asking where my order is. Two days later I got an email saying my package has shipped, when in reality all they did was create a shipping label. As of May 25th, it still shows “pending receipt of package”. I’ve initiated the chargeback process because clearly this is either a scam or an entirely failed operation. I’ve received zero communication from them after multiple attempts. Save your money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If I could give this negative stars I would. Ordered in January. It’s May. Still nothing. Haven’t heard back from customer service since April 20th when for the 3rd time “we will ship it right out tomorrow”. Still nothing. Tracking numbers that go nowhere. Piss poor customer service. I just want my 104$ back and for this to be over.

Ordered the product back on April 11th only ever got a confirmation email. And it’s now April first. I have emailed them but I’m still likely to call my bank and see if they can get me a refund or chargeback

I should have listened to the reviews that said avoid this place but the occasional 5 star review persuaded me to try the glitter oil only to be completely disappointed. It's been over a month and I haven't received it. Reached out multiple times with zero response. I wouldn't necessarily mind waiting a bit for a high quality product but this sort of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.

Garbage, garbage, garbage what else can I say . Product doesn’t match what you see in there videos . Product came with oil and liquid all over the outside of the bottles and packaging and half way open . Customer service is trash and unresponsive . Seller tricks customer in to thinking they shipped when all they did was request tracking number but sits at sellers location and doesn’t even get sent out for 5 days from when they requested the tracking number . I placed order on the 16th of January and didn’t receive til February 9th . Wasn’t impressed by product at all . Something you literally buy at some knock off thrift store . My recommendation do not buy from this website or company itself .

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I ordered directly from Orphic Beauty on December 17. As of today, my order still shows “awaiting shipment.” No tracking, no updates, no proactive communication. I contacted them and received nothing meaningful in response. At this point I’ve initiated a chargeback with my card issuer because the product clearly isn’t coming.
Whether the product is good or not is irrelevant, fulfillment and communication are part of the purchase, and Orphic failed at both. Buy elsewhere if you value actually receiving what you pay for.
