Took a while to get it but it was worth the wait, quality is great and craftmanship is top notch, great leather. Over all i highly recommend them, they are craftsman that show pride in there products

Fantastic belt that good i just ordered another .quality product

Love the product that has been delivered.
But failings with communication and customer experience.

I have placed several orders (today is 24th July 2025):

1) 15th May 2025 - belt £84.79 - received 25th June 2025
2) 6th June 2025 - belt and wallet £267.99 - not dispatched
3) 28th June 2025 - Satchel, £1000 - not dispatched
4) 22nd July 2025 - Bag £350 - not dispatched

I have emailed on 5th July, 11th July, sent contact request via the online chat, with no reply, emailed the central email info@ with no reply, contacted via Facebook messenger on 15th July, to be told the customer service manager on holiday and owner would reply, no response and a further chaser a week later, today on 24th July 2025.

Great product, but very poor communication and customer service sadly.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but sadly without any communication or response via email, I cant see what else I can do.

Some of the items above are very expensive and as a repeat customer, I would have thought they would want to look after me.

Seems to be that too many Facebook ads and they can't keep up with production.

Excellent customer service, I had a minor issue and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

An exceptional quality belt!
I have been looking for something for many years - from many countries - this belt is so well made, feels good, not only to touch yet to wear.
It feels like it will last a very long time.

I ordered a leather belt for my husband, and it was absolutely stunning! The craftsmanship is exceptional—beautifully made and clearly high quality. It fit him perfectly, and he loved it. While it did take a little while to arrive, I completely understand since each belt is individually handcrafted at the time of order. The wait was well worth it! It was also a special touch knowing it came all the way from Scotland. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, well-made gift.

This team under Chris is fantastic. Chis is the person that actually makes the wallets, he injured his hand before making mine and I told him I will wait until he able to come back. I am so impressed with my wallet, specially leather and stitching. Trying to figure out how I could have a second one. Will buy something again

The belt is amazing, beautiful leather, craftsmanship and buckle. Arrived beautifully packaged. Took a reassuringly length of time to be dispatched to convince me that it really is sustainable and made to order by hand. Enough holes either side of measurement for any weight gain or loss.

Very pleased with item ordered and received. Wonderful service. Definitely use in the future.

I had placed an order but they ran out of the particular type of leather. They let me know with a genuine apology and a generous alternative. I was hugely impressed by this customer service and the speed with which they delivered the alternative. The belts that arrived were of the quality I had hoped for and were packaged beautifully. I was so impressed by how they managed my order and dealt with their supply issue that I ordered another belt!

The way it fits in my pocket, the quality of the assembly, the attention to detail and most important of all, the wee bit of tarten. Good job.

Saw the excellent craftsmanship through online social media ads. Immediately very intrigued at the uniqueness and quality of their product. My wallet arrived quickly after ordering and exactly as advertised. Clearly love, care and devotion was involved in its creation. Highly recommend and may order again in the future as a gift for others (I expect my wallet might outlast me after all)

I cannot recommend Orraman highly enough. Despite my slightly complicated, confusing order, they went out of their way to make the experience as seamless as possible. The customer service experience was only outmatched by the quality of the belts.
