It took nearly 3 weeks for the product to arrive and they dispatched the wrong item. I asked for the correct one to be shipped to me and they've been gaslighting me ever since. They're trying to convince me that I ordered a night splint when I have presented photos, videos and email confirmations to the contrary. Its been a deeply unpleasant experience and I will never be using this company again. This is ongoing since the 23rd of May and still isn't resolved! Avoid at all costs!!

I ordered 2 health monitor watches aimed at seniors. When they arrived they were very poor quality and had no way of being charged. I ordered on 29 May and received on 12 June. I contacted the company and over 2 week period had a number of conflicting answers and unhelpful videos. But no actual response to sort out issues. I have had to put in the bin

Deceitful. They promised 3-5 working days delivery and it took 2 weeks to arrive. In that time I no longer needed the knee brace. And they refused to refund the delivery or return charges. Waste of money don't shop here.

Do not buy from this site. I bought an OrthoFlex Adjustable Elastic Ankle Brace | for Injury Recovery - Daily Support. It is absolutely of no use, very cheap material stitches missing, ill fitting. When I tried to contact company by email or phone there is no reply. I will never use again. I wished I checked reviews before I bought it. It looks genuine the website but it is not.

Took ages for ortho pillow to arrive. Cheap quality from China, nothing similar as advertised. Nothing special and is just a normal pillow with just extra lines sewn on it. Paid £47 for a piece of rubbish. As mentioned by others, company is in Estonia and no reply to my email.

Update: The scammer replied offering 20% refund without having to return item or return it to get full refund. Anyone has managed to received the full refund after returning item?

The watch/step counters arrived in reasonable time, unfortunate one refused to connect to the internet, the other fell apart when trying to release the strap to recharge the battery, so unable to use.
After jumping through hoops , i.e. sending videos of faults and being told they would be replaced, a deathly silence from the company, in no way would I recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! Bought the earphones when arrived they were broke they offered me 20% discount and said I can always give them to a family member. Why would I want to do that??????? Then they said to take a video of them not working.I told them I’m of an age I wouldn’t know how to do that but once again they were not a bit interested they were answering me from a script it wasn’t an actual human being. It was going to cost me £15 to send them back so BEWARE of this company they are rogues!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The product I received was not what i ordered as advertised on the site. Its completely cheap and useless. The customer service is awful. No satisfaction. Please DON'T waste your money on their cheap products. I'm still sending emails and pictures of what I ordered V what I received for the last 3 wks and nothing is resolved still.

Am 10.6.26 Orthopädische Schuheinlagen bestellt und bezahlt. Seither mehrmalige Zusendung von Sendungsnummer und Verfolgung. Sendung jedoch seit 13.6.26 gleichbleibend stagnierend. Heute ist der 17.6.26 und es tut sich nichts.
Besser Hände weg von solchen Anbietern.

The product arrived late, was extremely low quality and was faulty. They made me send videos of the fault to verify and then told me that they couldn’t see that the product was faulty from the videos despite the video clearly demonstrating the fault.
They made me pay to return it myself even though the product did not work as advertised.
The return process is complicated.
Avoid this company, too much hassle and no customer service.

Scam, scam cheap rubbish vile products at over inflated prices. They take your money send rubbish faulty items then dont respond when you want to return for a refund...I am in the process of reporting this fraudulent company to trading standards. Do NOT give this scam company your hard earned money they are utterly atrocious..

I want to return the goods but no response from you about the return number. Very unsatisfactory

Ordered on 6th june as flying on the 15th but they havent arrived, i made the mustake of ordering a more expensive pair not realizing they are more expensive as shipped from china!

The ankle support cost almost £20 and was a terrible waste of money. Like something from Shein. A con, it didn’t support at all. Cheap tat!

Disgraceful handling of my order!
When I tried to cancel the order the following day after ordering, as I has read the reviews, I was ignored for a couple of days until it was conveniently too late to cancel!
Then the item arrived weeks later than quoted. I wasn't going to collect it from the post office, that way it would be returned automatically. My wife convinced me to see what the product was like as it was here now. She video'd me opening a damaged jiffy bag to reveal even more damaged boxes inside, they had clearly been opened and returned. No quality control at all as the silicon had leaked in the heat and was a splodge of dried silicon seeping out of the bag.
Despite all of this evidence, the company refused to refund me and offered me only 50%. After another few rounds they offered me 70%. I can't afford to replace the noise canceling earbuds until I get a full refund. They were purchased because I'm very ill and need to block out the sound. After 5 weeks of added stress and no solution I've decided to write a review a week until this gets resolved. If it takes a year then they will have 52 sites of bad reviews. I hope that this will prevent anyone from falling into the same trap!!!!

Terrible quality products and misleading advertisements.
Company is actually based in Estonia and make you pay for the return of you want a full refund. They try and push you for 20% refund as it's the "fastest option".
I purchased 2 knee supports and was seeking fast delivery and was mislead to think I was buying from the UK.
I thought spending a bit extra money would make for better quality but this is definitely not the case with this company; you are just paying for the shipping mostly.
Go to eBay and find knee supports there instead, there's cheaper options and don't take ages to come like purchasing from this company.
In the end I ended up going with "Bearhug" knee supports as I could verify they were in the UK and felt distrustful after using this site. Still expensive for what they are but atleast I didn't get ripped off like I did here for the cheapest material I have ever felt.

Don't buy anything from this company.
The product didn't work properly. It took ages to arrive and the customer service email bounced back when I tried to contact them about the issue. Just a waste of money and time.
