It’s been nearly 2 weeks and my running inner soles have yet to arrive. The tracking portal appears to be a little misleading. The website suggests a uk business, but it looks like the item is being shipped from China. In hindsight I should have bought from a trusted source with uk stock

Heres a review: Products are shipped from China and of poor quality. Customer service is poor and have no intention of helping you if there is a problem. The returns process is designed to be difficult so you dont bother and if you are lucky they will offer you 20 - 30% of the cost of your goods to save you the hassle and cost of returning via tracked post to an address in France. So very cleverly done. And finally, payments are via card, not paypal or anything where you could dispute a payment. So my advice, DONT BUY IF YOU READING THIS.

If however, you have bought and like me got scammed. CONTACT YOUR CARD PROVIDER and put in a dispute or contact your bank and dispute the payment. This is the only way you are likely to get a full refund. Would also recommend contacting trading standards or watchdog for further investigation

Refused to give refund even though I met all the requirements set out on their website.
They say they use the ombudsman to resolve any UK disputes, but they are not members of The Dispute Resolution Ombudsman Association. I have reported them to the ombudsman who are investigating this false claim.

If you have had a similar experience with Orthopulse PLEASE REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Avoid this company at all costs.
They lack intergity and honour.
I wish I'd read the previous reviews before entering into a purchase agreement with them. They promised a refund, and now, with the unused garment back in their warehouse, are refusing to honour that written promise.
I am currently informing the DISPUTE RESOLUTION OMBUDSMAN as this company claims on their website to use this service, and on exploring it, they do not.

The company is advertised as a UK company, their address is France and the item came from China! I ordered wrist supports and they were rubbish as gave no support so without using them contacted the company to return then for them to tell me the don't accept returns. I quoted distant buying law and they offered me 20% refund or I have to send it back to France. I refused the offer and sent it back to the France address at my own expense but the French postal service couldn't find the address. All they keep saying is they will refund once item received but the address doesn't exist! They shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK as they are a sham company!

Order never received, and they failed to answer my email about it. Complete scam.

Awful company . DO NOT USE . Took over two weeks to arrive. Wore elbow support for approximately 20 hours over 4 weeks - and it’s falling apart . They’ve refused a replacement or refund due to the 30 days rule despite photos showing the seem and main body separating . Customer service appalling

Really poor experience all round! Delivery took forever, and even though the price is premium for the item I ordered, the quality is shocking! Ordered a sleep mask in dark grey which has left stains all over my bedding due to the dye running. When I contacted them to ask for an exchange for a light coloured mask they advised they couldn’t do this? Not sure why as it seems very simple & they offer other colors, but they would give me a 20% refund of £7!!! Truly awful customer service, poor quality products, not a uk company either dispute the email address so expect to wait weeks for delivery - avoid!

Same as everyone else reviewing. Con company - stay well clear. Product didn’t arrive and they are now refusing to refund the product.

Flat and offers no support whatsoever, I posted a review on their website but obviously it isn’t shown unless it’s a 5 star review.. Don’t waste your money

£27 down the Swanee! The earpick arrived in a tiny box - the size of a packet of small cigars - and weighs so little I was doubtful there was anything in the package. All instructions in Chinese and when you scan the QR code it can't connect to WiFi. The earpick arrived dead so it's still on charge but v doubtful it will connect to the APP. or if it's even safe to poke in my father's ears! Avoid Orthopulse.

I ordered two knee braces which took three weeks to arrive.When they did arrive,they looked nothing like the photographs advertising them.
They come from China and then to France and then to UK.
Customer service shambolic.When I complained they offered me a 20% discount for an item which is not fit for purpose.The item belongs in the rubbush bin as it is such poor quality.The return address is in France and is not recognised by Royal Mail or Evri.
They make it virtually impossible to return items in the hope that people will just give up.Orthopulse gain financially and the customer loses out.
Avoid this company at all cost as they sell shoddy goods which are useless.
Please steer clear of this company or you too will lose money.
They even emailed to ask what I thought of their customer sevice.I would score them 0 out of 5.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering.
They have a zeros return policy and customer service is none existent,
Emailed them they take a week to respond. Latest email they just ignored.

I wish I had looked at reviews before using this company. The item I paid for on 14 May was eventually delivered on 24th May. It was not expensive but the wrong item was sent and when I attempted to get a refund I was sent an email directing me to the returns policy. Unfortunately this was not in English so I couldn’t read it. When I contacted them again I was asked to provide photos (which I had already sent) and told that I could have a partial refund if I wanted to keep the wrong item or return the wrong item to their warehouse in France at my own expense! To date (July 2) I have still not received a refund.
I will not use this company again!

Save your money, too late for me. Took 5 weeks to arrive and feel like I should be giving this pillow some restful support after its long trip from China. It’s just a normal pillow with a very dodgy curvature, it looks very sorry for itself and definitely not fifty quids worth of pillow.
Needed a proper supportive reading pillow as I am currently dealing with heart failure, anaemia and myelofibrosis treatment, read the sparkling reviews and paid the money. Deceptive website designed to rip off the most vulnerable customers. Tried to review on website but they obviously delete the bad reviews

Hi, sorry guys, Orthopulse has come through for me. Although the company isn't in the UK, as stated, the actual product came from the far East and the order to delivery time wasn't that bad considering the distance. I received the product today, "Advanced wireless bone conduction Earbuds" and they aren't that bad to be Honest. Although I have to play the volume on full, the sound is quite good and clear and although the design is really awkward when fitting, I keep pressing pause or activating some other control, they aren't really noticeable when fitted and actually seem comfortable. Obviously I would prefer in earphones or over the ear earphones, but these serve the intended purpose. The price was good too. Maybe it's just my inexperience with this type of earbud, because I feel they could be better, hence the rating, however, I am happy with the purchase!
