Order placed and payed for the end of august !
Still not arrived and no replies from multiple emails sent to there so called customer service !
Looking more and more like a scam company to me ,looking like I have to put this one down as lesson learned ! STEER CLEAR PEOPLE !!!!

Terrible company. The foot pads arrived late, faulty, and cheap — I got three left pads, one right, all frayed and buckled. Orthopulse kept offering partial refunds instead of honouring their own return policy for faulty goods, and replied with rude, copy-paste messages.

Feels like a scam site selling poor-quality imports. No accountability, no proper customer service.

I ordered some gloves that were supposed to provide support for arthritis in my hands, they did not fit snuggly as they would have to if they were to add any support. They were loose and badly made. I made several attempts to contact them but had no response whatsoever.

Purchased a Rest Ease micro CPAP, alternative for CPAP for travellers. This device is less than useless. The airflow is non-existent. It is NOT AN ALTERNATIVE to CPAP in any way. Have requested a refund.

Bought headphones - they are rubbish quality, sound is tinny and they are so small, I don’t have big ears! They must be made for a small child. There is no give in them at all. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on their website as I was! I should have come here first I usually do, lesson learnt! They are basically cheap products shipped from china. I’ve posted a 1 star review on their website but it isn’t showing so clearly they don’t allow bad reviews. I’m trying to send my headphones back and customer service have come back stating that as shipping costs are expensive they offer 25% off the cost instead! How is this fair, what is the point of having a 30 day return and refund policy if you can’t exercise it because it is made difficult or expensive for consumers. Avoid. - update, tried to escalate my complaint and they have blocked my email it appears as I received a bounce back email with error.
Update 2 March 2026 - we reached an agreement to refund me last year so I agreed to cancel my dispute with my bank, I sent them proof this was done via email, orthopulse then continued to send a screenshot of their system saying the dispute was still open, I waited until February and have been emailing them since 16th, contacted my bank again and they can’t dispute as it is already closed! You can only do it once! Orthopulse obviously know this. So now I can’t do anything and orthopulse are ignoring my emails. They are an unscrupulous company, AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will be reporting them as they are now in breach of consumer protection law by not meeting our agreement of a refund.

Firstly ,like many others I assumed this was based in the UK. Its not ,its from China .

It arrived after a long wait, the box it came in battered, there is no charger. I tried being inventive & plugged straight into a usb port ,result ,nil, nada.

The function I actually bought it for even though it states it measure your BP (it doesn't)

I have emailed requesting return instructions for a refund ,although I will be very surprised if a response is received, or if it is it will cost more to return it than it actually cost

Not much more I can say that hasn’t been said. Absolute scam of a company. Lies from start to finish and after 2 months of going back and forth (I’m persistent) I’m now out of energy and sick of it. I raised a dispute with my bank HSBC and they have refunded me and I hope this company will be on an investigation list accordingly.

Not uk based. Ordered specialist pillow which took weeks to come from far east. When it arrived it was the thinnest, cheapest thing with broken seams. Return process near impossible - they delay by offering discounts for you to keep. Finally returned to France (not uk) but they didn’t refund or pay import taxes so it’s on its way back to me! Scam

Complete and utter tat. Couldn't even attach the strap to the watch. Took weeks to arrive and the tracking was abysmal

Ordered the Flex guard knee pad/support and it's a complete load of cheap chinese made rubbish, doesn't have any support whatsoever and completely useless as what it was meant to do. Asked for a refund, it's been weeks since i requested. AVOID this company!

Place an order last month haven't received confirmation n they have took money already n im not getting any replies from email scam beware

Bought a pcl knee brace. It took about a month or more to arrive (shipped from china) and was totally unfit for purpose and extremely cheap, shoddy quality. Now seeing other reviews will just have to put this one down to experience. Avoid.

Been emailing this company since September to return a watch that don't work but had no response from them

This company could improve firstly by being honest! Advertised as a UK company, 5 day delivery, I kept checking tracking and found it was waiting for flight, finally arrived yesterday, cannot be paired to phone as instructions say place it in charging unit till purple light shows then it's ready to pair, followed instructions on the app but unable to pair as charging unit wasn't provided, I have emailed them for return instructions and how to claim a refund, so annoyed, the main people buying these types of products are the elderly and vulnerable, if I do not get a refund I will be contacting trading standards office.

Don't bother buying here. Terrible delivery delays. Not even sure they are UK based. Still waiting for my purchase from 10 days ago.

Scam website. Will send you inferior product with no comeback. Cancel your card if this happens as they use it later to withdraw funds. Scam known to Halifax as they advised us this is common.

Still waiting for order. Bunch of scammers. Keep away from this company. Will have to reorder with someone else which is going to cost more money I don’t have. I wish I read reviews before I ordered. It’s bloody annoying that these scum bags get away with your money and I get nothing in return. Please take note of people’s reviews because these people do not deserve to take another innocent persons money.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The knee brace I received felt like it was made of £1 worth of material and nowhere near the quality advertised. When I tried to return it for a refund, the process was made difficult. Instead of a proper return, they only offered me a £4.50 partial refund to avoid the hassle of sending it back, while insisting the product was great and giving endless reasons why I should keep it. This doesn’t feel like a company operating within the UK, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely shocking experience. Item took weeks to arrive, and once received it doesn't work properly. 80% of the features don't work. Asked for help or money back but no response. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!
