The souls are super comfortable and have helped in many ways from comfort to helping me with exercise with my broken shoes I can’t feel a difference from their broken state now to when I first got them thanks to these insouls

Having ordered two of what appears to be a promising product for me (recommended to me from actual users)...

... Initially, I was emailed by them to apologise as they didn't dispatch via my selected delivery option, and used the cheaper slower option instead stating they would refund me the difference...

... well that isn't great, but mistakes happen...

... Then an empty bit of cardboard turned up. Folded neatly up, with my tracking number on it. Not sealed. Never sealed (paper intact over the sealing strip). No hint of product included, let alone two..

Just saying, it takes a special kind of company to post an empty folded unsealed square of cardboard and charge you £80 for it

I got these innersoles for my 12yr old son (he was experiencing ankle pain) but within one week they have cleared that up and have helped him return to sport

These have made a huge difference to plantar fasciitis issues as well as hip and back pain. Worth it!

I have used these insoles for years now. They definitely help with my plantar fasciitis. I wouldn’t consider changing to another brand. Why change something that works?? Yes I feel they are a bit pricey but you can’t really put a price on being able to walk about without pain can you? Definitely recommended

I spoke to a young girl who talked me through how to use the insoles to my advantage she was very knowledgeable and very kind unfortunately I cannot remember her name.but she certainly knew all about the product and how they should be used.

Delivered on time and the product has good adaptability, very comfortable to run in.

The sliders that I have got are really comfortable and an excellent product, which was helped by the team at OrthoSole who are really friendly and helpful.

The company is helpful, prompt and very responsive. The product is great. I am in my 60s and increasingly unable to walk as a result of a 40 year-old injury. I had exhausted physio and orthopaedic approaches. Then a podiatrist recommended Orthosoles. Within two days of receiving my first Orthosoles I was able to walk the dog again for five miles pain free. I now use different orthosoles for different footwear. Life changing for me really (and for the dog)!

Speed of delivery was excellent and range of different heel and arch supports to suit individual requirements was carefully recommended. I am now walking better and in less pain.

Being a fibromyalgia suffer, especially in my feet, I find it difficult to find truly comfortable footwear, but flip flops are especially difficult!

The inserts enable you to alter the the height and feel of the sole, allowing you to get the right support and comfort suited to you. Made for people with flat feet, the various inserts mean you can swop them around until you find the most comfortable fit.

The shoes are really well made, sturdy and most importantly, really comfortable.

There’s different styles so I’m able to find a pair that suit me.

I was in constant agony from Plantar Fasciitis in both heels and struggling to walk, the pain was even affecting my sleep. I stumbled across the Orthosole website whilst desperately seeking a solution online. I called them initially and had a very helpful conversation with Ronnie which resulted in a purchase of Orthosole Max Cushion Insoles. Remarkably, the pain in both feet reduced significantly after just two weeks in use and I was totally pain free after a month. Since then I have invested in several more pairs and continue to use them in all my footwear with no recurrence of Plantar Fasciitis... thank you. Naturally, I have referred other sufferers to Orthosole.

I had hip operation which left me with one leg longer than the other, these OrthoSole lifters help to alleviate the pain and are comfortable to wear, I wouldn’t be without them. Other lifters squash down and don’t work. GREAT PRODUCT.

The only negative I have is that being black I cannot wear them on my summer sandals. Hope that in time they will make them in white.
