My 95 year old mother has severe shoulder issues purchased 2 shoulder support braces. Delivery was supposed to be 3-10days, no tracking information took 3 weeks. Totally unsuitable, too large. If we want a refund, we have to pay to send it back to POLAND, say they're based in Queensland. But no, you have to pay to return to Poland, costs more than one of the braces itself! Rip off, don't go near them.

Total scam. make sure to dispute the transactions to your bank.
The website presents itself as an Australian business, but the product was completely unfit for purpose. When I asked to return it, they demanded I pay to ship it back to Poland. Using ridiculous international return costs to prevent refunds is terrible service. Avoid this store!

DON’T BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought the clogs because the suit my damaged feet. However my third order was left in an open foyer and was stolen. The courier admit they left it unattended and did I not advise me of the delivery. I sent this to Ortorex - and they just come back and say courier company said it’s delivered. It just keeps going in a vicious circle.

The received product looks nothing like the photo on ad. Product described as heavy duty and it’s cheap plastic

Be careful of this website. The address and the phone number doesn’t exist at all. The company is registered in PayPal as we webmagnet solution,Which is in India. Think twice before buying anything from this website.

am delighted with these Ortorex grip gloves. The mauve and purple colour coordinates beautifully with my Pilates bar and exercise equipment, which makes my routine feel a little more enjoyable.
They are dainty, lightweight and fit my smaller hands exceptionally well without feeling bulky. The grip dots provide excellent traction and give me added confidence when using my Pilates equipment, particularly for standing exercises.
Living with CREST syndrome means grip, comfort and hand protection are important to me, and these gloves have been a wonderful addition to my daily movement routine. They are comfortable to wear, stay in place, and help me feel more secure during exercise.
A lovely combination of practicality, comfort and style. I would happily recommend them.

Just wanted to leave some feedback on my knee support.
OMG- thank goodness for this product. I have just returned from a Camino walk from Porto (Portugal) to Santiago (Spain)- about 280kms in 11 days.
It was a lot harder than I had imagined, with the paths/ roads/bush tracks being surprisingly uneven and difficult and there was one particularly steep section that was absolutely AWFUL.
Seriously I do not know how I would have managed to complete this walk without this knee support. It was FANTASTIC!

DO NOT TRAP to this website. You can get all their products from AliExpress at a fraction of the cost, no hassle with returns, and AliExpress is far more reliable than Ortorex. They are in Poland, and if you want to return you have to pay $100's. BE Aware.

Should know better than to order from such a dodgy company. Order not delivered- tracking showing the parcel being delivered to the Chermside West depot of the courier company (equally dodgy) rather than my location (I don’t live in Brisbane) Ortorex very unhelpful and leaving me to contact the courier company which is uncontactable. How are they still in business?

This website is dodgy - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The products are subpar and if you need to return or exchange you have to send the item to Poland! (Even though its an “Australian” store), which costs an arm and a leg to post to so absolutely not worth returning.

Even though they don't give update regarding your order. Just flick them an email and surely someone will reply to your enquiry. I got my shoe within the delivered time frame. Thank you they're comfy 100% for my liking.

Orotex , worst experience and poor quality product that I received. Don't waste your money. Bad customer service. They Don't get back to you, They do not offer refunds for products that are poorly made. Very dissatisfied...🤬

This company is a scam!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They show an Australian website, phone number and address on QLD but it is ALL fake. Google the address it is a Mitre 10 store next to an empty block of land. If you want to return their item becasue it is NOT AS ADVERTISED they insist you return it to POLAND, yep your read it right! So after you pay a fortune to send a parcel to Europe you'll get nothing back and be stuck with a useless product.

Delivery and communication leave much to be desired but the product (toe spacer) is good and works well

International fakes

Ordered two ionisers to clean eye glasses. Took longer than they should have when supposedly a local company. Instant red flag. Check out Trustpilot reviews from a range of countries - they are fronts for cheap Chinese junk.

Ionisers are utterly useless and have been thrown away.

40% refund received - better than nothing but products 100% useless.
