Terrible product quality
The product came months late as the usual date. This is especially frustrating as it was purchased for a specific event. Not only that but its badly made!! It was supposed to be a printed bracelet and it was printed on the wrong side and the printed part cannot even be seen. EXTREMELY disappointing

Hi Tre,
Thank you for the feedback, however the information you have provided is incorrect.
You never contacted us to say your package was never received and asked for a refund. Your tracking confirms your order was delivered on March 3rd.
You also raised a PayPal case to say your order was an unauthorised transaction on the 22nd February, which was rejected by PayPal after they investigated it as all the details were correct as you had ordered from us before.
Now you are saying you never received your order after your failed attempt with PayPal before your order was even delivered.
In future if you want to cancel an order or request a refund it is best to contact us directly at support@oscarwillowco.com to resolve your issue as we offer a 100% money back guarantee.
Unfortunately you have never contacted us and instead went through PayPal and now writing a false negative review which says to us you are being dishonest instead of just approaching us directly.
We hope you enjoy your items.

I could not possibly be happier with all the products from this brand. My anniversary was coming up and instead of getting my wife just one nice piece of jewelry, I was able to get her a fantastic assortment of beautiful pieces at a very affordable price. Fake , and late
Ordered earrings in January as a valentines gift , did not ship for 2 weeks tried to cancel order as wasn’t going to get there in time but they still dispatched.delivered on 19/02 so late .
Earrings came with no butterfly backs,
Wore for 3 days went black and made ear itch , asked for refund was refused.

I have had a lot of correspondence with you during your order which also involved you putting in a PayPal case against us which was resolved in our favour, showing that we have not done anything wrong.
Your review is quite misleading which is disappointing.
Your order was shipped out well under 2 weeks and as explained to you, due to the time of year and the high orders for Valentines Day across all stores, the shipping companies took longer then normal to delivery your order.
Your claim that the earrings came with no butterfly backs and made your ear itch has also never been raised with us, so again misleading.
We have a 100% money back guarantee so if you are unhappy you can email support@oscarwillowco.com and we will give you the steps to receive a full refund once the item is returned.

I liked the idea of the puzzle chain…
I liked the idea of the puzzle chain pendant but I was disappointed in the size of it. The puzzle could have been bigger and the letter should have been bigger and more towards the center. Needs Improvement.
