Awesome selection of quirky Gacha ranges with fast delivery

Beautiful shop with so many wonderful things to buy, staff very friendly and helpful always making me feel welcome.

They're just lovely! Worth shopping with them for the delightful labels stuck to the parcel alone

Great service, products sent out quickly and well packed.

One of the greatest shops! Small but mighty, with such amazing collections and pieces. 100% one of the best finds, been a happy customer for years now.

Great products and friendly company, nice and efficient too and the packaging was good

delivery was so fast

Quick and easy service. Staff always friendly, great array of products. Will be shopping here again.

I've bought quite a few items from them, it's always been wonderful service with a smile from the staff, and the website is really easy to navigate.

Its so nice to have found a shop that sells imported merch goods within the same country as me, especially when it comes to stuff from japan - ordered a figure, came a couple days later, well packaged no issues ^^

Very disappointed, didn’t realise it was one item picked at random, would never have paid what I did for something I couldn’t choose

This is a charming little shop in the Royal arcade in Norwich full of awesome Japanese treasures for those who love cute items in many forms. My personal obsessions are the Mofusand Cat plushies and related items. That said, I've developed a distinct fondness for the gachapon capsules and machines, and the staff regularly rotate the items held within the dispensers on the shop floor, so often there are completely different items in the machines each time I visit, but all the options are available online and you can opt to click and collect! The shop itself is small but perfectly formed and chocolate block full of goodies and temptation! The staff are lovely and always eager to help.
My only warning is that some items are quite pricey, and you may be overwhelmed by their appeal, so be warned that you may leave the shop considerably less financially buoyant than when you went in 🤣😂🤣😂😅.

Fast delivery, great items and love using a small business.

Shopped here today and brought a pop up parade Frieren figure which is adorable and will make a great addition to my collection! Staff are really friendly such a hidden gem 💎

Ordered a figure. Price was great. Arrived exactly when they said it would. Great packaging. Figure was in perfect condition. Will buy from them again.

My first time using Oshoppu. Item was well-packaged and arrived on time. No issues.
