At first I thought all massage chairs were pretty similar until I tested a few side by side. OSIM felt noticeably more refined and realistic. Hard to explain until you actually sit in one.

The neck and shoulder massage alone makes it worth it for me.

I was mainly worried about spending this much money on something that would end up sitting unused in the corner. Three months later and I’m using it almost every day. Probably the best purchase we’ve made for the house in years.

This has basically replaced my regular massage appointments. Not exactly the same of course, but close enough that I now prefer relaxing at home instead of booking sessions every week.

We bought this for my parents originally, but now everyone in the house uses it. The programs are easy to understand and the massage feels very natural, especially for neck and shoulder tension.

Customer service sucks. If it breaks it’s basically a piece of junk. Thousands of dollars down the drain. You have to wait for parts 6 months and no one even responds.
It’s ok as long as it works, way too risky for the price

Post purchase support is at your own risk.Very poor customer service .

Bought a chair, I was told it was made in Italy, just like a ferrari.

Put a deposit for 3 month delivery.
Next day looked on line and saw it was made in China.

I contacted CS and told them my story.
They said too bad.

I then emailed them to dispute this issue.

This is just bad business to lie about your product

My whole family has an OSIM massage machine. We just updated to the Ujolly Sync. Before that we had another model for over 10yrs. The machine is still running and we love it, but wanted an upgrade. Thanks to all the staff in the RC (Richmond Centre) and Aberdeen location for the knowledge and sales.

We were truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Charlotte Yeung. She was exceptionally patient and took the time to guide us through every detail of the massage chairs we were interested in. Her thoughtful gestures like offering us water after we tried the chairs, made us feel genuinely cared for.

What stood out most was Charlotte’s no pressure approach. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Instead, she followed up with her contact details and sent us informative videos so we could revisit the product features and make a confident,
well-informed choice.
Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire experience both pleasant and memorable. We’re deeply grateful for her service and support.

We’re now looking forward to receiving our massage chair and becoming satisfied OSIM owners ourselves!
