Easy online ordering, beer lives up to description & is excellent. I wanted a west coast style IPA that dropped clear, not like orange juice. Ossett had 2! These are now go to summer beers for me.

excellent selection of proper beers…
excellent selection of proper beers made by people who really know what they are doing, it's a really well designed site that makes it very easy to buy what you want and the delivery process is very fast indeed. I went for the hells lager and it really does stand up against it's German counterparts, something a brithis brewer usually has great difficulty with.

The beers were all lovely (as usual…
The beers were all lovely (as usual with Ossett). Did have an issue with Parcelforce delivering my order, but that isn't the Breweries fault.

Great Ale.
They have very good products , with regard to their Beers.
Being from West Yorkshire, I know them well. Exceptional Pubs.
I have recently ordered from their shop on the website. All good, but recently I had an issue which they sorted out quickly and efficiently.
I will continue ordering my Beer from them.

Had a issue with delivery
Had a issue with delivery. Down to Royal Mail contacted Ossett who informed me the package was sent back to them due to damage.And they sent me another parcel quick and Painless

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. I complained as I huge fan of their beers.
The response was one of nobody else has any issues so please see refund policy. Yes I was outside my 14 days but please,,,,, we are drinkers of your beer and have been for many years. To refund me £33 as a company would have gone miles. But instead they declined,as we need to accept the goods….. even though it was horrible.
Unbelievable and I wont be drinking their beer anymore!
