I had a wonderful experience with the state agency.

The photographer, Daisy, was incredibly professional and so friendly. She made me feel really comfortable during the shoot.

The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I love how the pictures turned out.

It was such a nice surprise to receive a gift voucher too.

I'm really impressed with this agency and would highly recommend them.

The glowing reviews are all from the pov of sellers but, as a prospective buyer, Ostrich is very disappointing. In order to be "allowed" to view a place, you are forced to give a tentative offer. As a first time buyer, it is hard to know what to offer as you haven't had a chance to see anything. You put a low offer. It's refused. You raise it. Still refused. Just to see a property. A few months pass and you see another one that you would like to view. You offer the asking price and a week later, no one from Ostrich has responded. And this is just to view a property. Would a serious buyer be blacklisted for being nervous about such an opaque process? It has been an incredibly frustrating process dealing with Ostrich. Good luck sellers because I question how many buyers ever see your property.....

Really great team and super efficient!

The whole process was effortless (apart from tidying the house, of course). All communications were timely and clear. We had to rearrange their visit very late in the day, which the simply accommodated with ease. Their reps who came round were totally punctual, unfailingly polite and considerate about our property. The process was seamless and they were happy to take time to talk us through the process and the options therein. It really could not have gone smoother.

A very simple process. Friendly people from Ostrich visited my property, took photos and explained the process. A week later they sent through their valuation/ recommended marketing price, as well as a preview of the listing. I've found them helpful by email too, answering any questions I had. So far, so good. I've only just listed, so whether it's effective as a method of selling I cannot yet say.
