Bought the silver bean earrings but can't wear them! The posts irritate my ears so badly l have had to use steroid cream. Put some cheaper sterling silver in & much better. What's the post made of???

Shocking customer service! I purchased a double set of earrings as a milestone birthday present for myself and my girlfriend. As I was about to give it to her, I noticed that one of the earring posts was thinner than the other and the butterfly clip to hold it on slipped straight off. A faulty product situation. After contacting them, with slow or no response , finally I was advised they would replace it. Still waiting for the replacement 2 months later. Birthday has a well and truly passed. Customer service is vital for online businesses, clearly that message is not getting through to the owner.

I bought a silver bracelet and matching ring as a graduation gift for my daughter in July 2020. It was a hinged bracelet and she has worn it on only a handful of occasions yet a couple of months ago the rather flimsy hinge broke, rendering it unwearable. I messaged the company via Not On The High Street, who I bought it through, and was very disappointed by the lack of customer care evident in the reply I received. I'm told they give 28 days to return an item and after that there is no recourse. So this means that, even though I have been supplied with an item so poorly made that it breaks after a few uses, it is just too bad and anything that happens after 28 days is not their problem. Not the kind of approach that encourages repeat custom.
