This company goes above and beyond for the service they provide. They kept me informed and kept me updated with the collection. The 2 men who came to collect were very polite, friendly and collected the rubbish in a professional manner. They were very quick and left the place nice and tidy. Our Helping Hands Ltd picked up some furniture for recycling from us. The company were quick in coming back with a quote and arranging a quick delivery. They gave us a two hour time slot for pick up when we booked; provided us with a 30 minute time slot on the day; and sent us a text when the drivers were on their way. The two guys who came were helpful, efficient and respectful and completed the job in about 15 minutes. I would definitely use the company again.

Quick and efficient service. Sent out a request around 13:30 via Checkatrade and Our Helpful Hands contacted me back within 10 mins. Sent photos of the shed that needed cleared out, received the quote and they came 4 hours later to do the job. Both of the guys were friendly, got to work quickly and delivered exactly what was needed. Fantastic service! What a great service they provide! I needed an urgent clearance of my garage on Sunday. I had contacted more than 10 companies; however, they quoted me quite a high price, and all of them refused to work on Sunday. I was almost reluctant, but I decided to give ‘Our Helpful Hands’ a shot. A receptionist lady replied to me quickly and efficiently, asking about a picture I sent of what they were dealing with. She immediately sent me a quote, which was amazingly reasonable compared to other companies, with absolutely no hidden costs! Then, three boys came to work a few hours later. They were all friendly and competent in what they do! They finished it super quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I highly recommend these workers; you would never regret it! And thanks a lot to you guys! X

Really nice people to work with. We have used them twice (once for a move and once for a house clearance) and both times they gave us the best quote and had excellent communication keeping us updated at every step.
