If I could leave 10 stars I absolutely would. I wanted something special for our Anniversary. Something no one else could ever give him. I answered a few questions and I waited for what seems like a few days. I didn’t listen at first because our Anniversary was still a month away. Finally I decided to have our grandson make a video to go with it. I had to listen (then cry for awhile) and then pull photos together to send a few states away. On the day I got the video back and listened to the song again, I sat and tried to figure how you could have known us so well and personalize it so perfectly. ( still trying to figure that out ) I don’t know if it’s AI or human writing but I can tell you it’s like they knew us personally… and I didn’t think I could have described us so well in the questionnaire. I am so pleased with the help and customer service I have received, how prompt the return of the download was, the quality of the story line, and the voice! The voice! Just beautiful! … all of it are just so perfect! I will definitely consider it for other people and events as they arise because now I know that no one else can do it better.
