My experience with ourperfectpairs.com was great because of Uceey. She solved my problem and got my account straightened out quickly and efficiently.
Uceey was kind and understood my concern. She processed the small credit to me by reversing the incorrect charge to my credit card on a Sunday (yesterday) and when I talked to my financial institution this morning they have received the funds reversal and are processing it today. Overnight is pretty quick from a company I believe to be in Cyprus, even though your terms state to kindly wait 7-10 business days for credit to show on my card.
I applaud Uceey. I had originally messaged with another employee but did not resolve things for some reason with that person. I am very happy now because of Uceey.

Niet leuk is dat je onverwacht een abonnement in je maag gesplitst krijgt.
Na reclameren is schriftelijk toegezegd dat het geclaimde bedrag zou worden terug gestort en het abonnement gestopt.
Indien dit ook gebeurt dan is deze casus fatsoenlijk afgehandeld. Ik ga hier ook vanuit gezien bovenstaande toezegging.

Procédé inacceptable de recrutement de nouveaux adhérents : ils se présentent par mail comme une demande de i-Cloud, au motif que mon stockage serait arrivé à saturation et d'augmenter celui-ci de 50 Go pour la somme de 6,99€. Après paiement de la somme sur internet, il n'est plus question par la suite de mon stockage sur le Cloud, mais d'une adhésion à un club d'achat en ligne...
Le message est confus, et dans l'opération, ils m'ont soutiré la petite somme d'argent de 6,99 €.
