Website so easy to use, products all clearly ordered so easy to find. Lots if choice. I had problems with a voucher for a free product after certain amount spent and it was cleared up so quickly. I choose to have my order collected from the shop and once i got it it was all well wrapped and products smell so nice. I am looking forward to melting my new candle and wax melts.

We ordered your Time Floral Bouquet refills. We do love this scent. We do believe, however that unfortunately the scent is far less noticeable than in previous purchases. Having dogs, we like the scent to fill the room. As usual, your delivery to our door is excellent.

I have had a few candels from this shop the lady is very helpful!! I have purchased a Reed defuser for the fist time its as good as the candles I've had in the past I've no doubt I'll be visiting again soon the candel and defuser I got today was called dark fruits very pleased with them both!😊

I bought a beautiful boxed set of floating candles as a Christmas gift, which arrived well packaged and quickly. Whilst I am unable to comment on the candles as they are gift, what I can say is they look lovely. Also, the online response of this company is exceptional, with all my email queries answered promptly and in a very friendly manner. What radiates from this store is the care and good energy towards customers, which changes the whole feel of a gift and is so important. Very recommended.

Amazing products, long lasting scent. Ordered many times and many different products. Most recent being wax melts and shower whip, stocking up on both items whilst great deals were on. Fully recommend in store and online as service is away great.

Great service, good quality and value

Sponge was like showering with a brick (sorry but not exaggerating) Fragrance was good. Lather pot was very clumpy and always remand in pepple sized lumps no matter how much I lathered.

Was excited to purchase, great in theory, but was really disappointed with my purchases.

The so called sponge had 20 minutes under warm shower water but was still very hard

The product was just as described at a reasonable price and delivered in good time
