This reviewer has never spoken to us or used our services before. We have no records of ever working or speaking with this person. We have documentation showing the account changed names (Imran Ali → Mike G → Mimi) and locations (Pakistan → US → UK) and posted multiple reviews across different companies within hours.
There are hundreds of excellent cold outbound providers. Where Outbound System stands apart is their customer service and commitment to maintaining the most reliable and effective outbound platform.
I don't believe you will find another provider that meets this level of service and quality, especially at such a competitive price point.
For our business, landing even just one new client per month made this a worthwhile investment. We were easily engaging with 10+ high-intent leads each month (which in the marketing space, is very difficult to do with ice cold leads).
I would heavily recommend Outbound and their team.
This team is professional! Better yet - you can expect the results to happen and when you see the tech they use and the marketing prowess to develop your pitch - its clear they have this system wired.
Exactly as described. Started my first campaign on 8-18 and was getting positive responses by the end of that day.

Time will tell if this works for us but I’m feeling optimistic. They really took time to understand our niche (medical devices) and the campaign strategy makes sense. The team seems to know what they’re doing.
