I received very poor customer service purchasing some walking shoes online. The shoes did not fit properly and I tried to return them in store in the Cork City shop. The store manager refused to accept them, saying that they were not in resaleable condition. They were in perfect condition apart from a few tiny spots on the soles, which could be easily wiped away. He also said they could not be resold as I had walked in them outside. I argued my case for the shoes' return but everything I said fell on deaf ears. He said he could not tell how far I had walked in them even though I had told him earlier. I was made to feel like an idiot and felt I had my honesty questioned. It was a deeply humiliating and unpleasant experience. I could not recommend this store to anyone. I have since been able to sell on the shoes and will no longer be seeking a refund.

Customer services came straight back to me when the item I choose on line was out of stock and refunded me without question

The website was very easy to navigate. I found the products I was looking for easily. The information about the products was comprehensive.
