Scam alert for outletsshoe.co.uk - Ordered items since 14 February - No communication, tracking number, no confirmation email. I chased through PayPal (Thank God I paid using them). I eventually got a lousy email asking me to be patient a week after a tracking number arrived. The first 2 shoes that were delivered were supposed to be size 42 & 43 (They were more or less a size 6) and were made of paper wafer thin like material, the buckles and straps were a cm long and didn't even meet in the middle. I received the rest of the items today, one of the flat gold shoes I ordered came in silver with the ugliest heel I've ever seen and it had a bend in it like it had been folded up! ... I could go on! This company is a big scam - please don't fall for their FB comments, they remove any negative comments! Currently in dispute with them via PayPal! That is why I always pay for online purchases using PayPal!

I ordered a pair of waterproof boots. Was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 working days, it took them 10 days.

I just received them 15th February. Next morning the zipper just snapped on my first attempt to zip it and wear the boots. So disappointed I wasted money and time waiting, on something that I won't be able to use at all.

They’ve only got one star because there’s no option to award zero stars. Don’t buy from these con artists! Don’t waste your money! I ordered 2 devices that claimed to prevent frost build up on car windscreens. Firstly they overcharged me in ‘error’ and when i pointed this out, they refunded me the overcharge - I wonder how many people don’t notice? Then the products took weeks to arrive and when they did, proved to be bits of crappy plastic that looked like they’d come from a lucky dip - they did nothing that they claimed - in fact they did nothing at all. After weeks of email complaint they offered me a partial refund that worked out at about 20% of what I paid them. Dont be dragged in by their claims of wonderful products - KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I didn't want to give them a one star. I received my boots a week after ordering ,roughly packaged, no invoice, no address to get in touch .but they were not comfortable so Wanted a refund (as they said full free refund) but after I located the company,was told I would have to send them back to China at my own cost ,( why China,as they were not sent from there,in less than a week I'm sure) or 20% refund &keep the boots. In my opinion it's a CON. Please don't buy from them

Paid for leather boots and received some horrible synthetic ones which I’ll never wear. I can’t get hold of them either. Money I’ll never see again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

This company is a total SCAM. They advertise leather boots and they also advertise free returns and exchanges. I complained that they are not leather (also they smell awful, of cheap plastic) but they now say I have to pay the cost to return them to CHINA, not the UK where they deliberately mislead you into thinking they are based . They have stolen my money. I am trying to claim through PayPal who should be stopping these criminals.

My review is similar to the others on this forum. Ordered 2 different pairs of boots a size larger than I normally take. Tacky boots arrived, both the same and undersized. Tried to email company who wanted me to return them to China, costing me more than I paid for them. Offered a 15%refund, have referred the dispute to my bank who are presently dealing with it.
Do not buy from Jack Shoes/ Shoe outlet UK.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. They turned up very poorly packaged. Both pairs were the same not what I ordered. They were at least two sizes smaller than meant to be.
I emailed them from the address on my pay pal receipt. They basically said that if I wanted to return them they would more than likely get lost in the process and I would have to pay for the return. They offered 15% reduction in price to keep the boots even though I couldn’t wear them. I found out it was going to cost me £15 to return them so I said I would accept the 15% reduction basically a £5. So I have lost £25 and stuck with two pairs of tacky boots I cannot wear. Would never trust them again.

AVOID- I ordered some boots for my mum, costing £30. When they arrived they were cheap and nasty, to say the least. The packaging was flimsy plastic, with no protection of the boots inside either. I tried to contact them 3 times to return them, to no avail, no response - and no other way to contact them. I’ve still had no response and therefore I am £30 out of pocket and left with a pair of plastic boots, that are nothing like the picture and no use to me. Hopefully the charity shop will benefit! Very poor product and non existent customer service.

I didn’t realise I was ordering from China because if I had I’d probably wouldn’t have done it because I now need to return them as they are so uncomfortable it’s damaged my right foot. There’s no proper lining inside it and so it makes it extremely uncomfortable to wear.

I also now have no idea as to how I can return them or even contact them.

Very bad and please, if you see them advertising on Facebook, don’t buy them as it’s not worth it are there were other places that are way better. 

Received the boots that are too small, so sent 2 emails asking for returns procedure, & haven't heard a thing!

Second time I have fallen for this!! Same scenario - ordered 2 pairs of size 5 'slippers', received 2 pairs size 40 (uk 6.5/7).
I didn't recognise the name from the first scam - more fool me!! Same response from company - I would have to pay for the return of the items before anything could be done, It took weeks the last time to get a partial refund, little help from PayPal who advised I accept it. Not at all happy - Note to self - do not buy from Outlet or Outlets UK again!!!!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. The shoes looked great. Ordered them, watched the tracking until they said they were delivered on October 6th - they weren't. I thought I'd give it a day or 2 because sometimes I get notice of delivery before it actually goes in my mailbox. By the 8th, I went to Paypal to file a claim because I had not received the two pair of shoes - they messaged me to "please wait" that they could make it right. I waited a few more days and when I didn't hear from them, filed with paypal. PayPal gave me a "tentative" refund while they contacted the company. The company then came back and said they had shipped to the address I had provided and it shows it was delivered. I called USPS and they wouldn't tell me much over the phone. I took a couple hours off work and went to the post office where I got a print out of where they say the package attached to the tracking number given was delivered - I went to the address (a couple miles or better from my home) and they said they hadn't seen it. Then, Paypal said that the company had proven it was shipped correctly by the billing information, even though I had provided proof from the post office that wasn't the case, and they retrieved the "tentative" refund from my account and closed the case - not even an opportunity for appeal. Both Outlet and PayPal were wrong. I won't ever trust the website and I'm reevaluating my relationship with Paypal.

I ordered a pair of running shoes 2 months ago I did not receive my order ive found it very hard to contact them

These UK Outlet sellers are either based in the USA or China. Their return policies are a complete joke.
You purchase an item, thinking they are based in the UK, when they aren't.
If the item isn't suitable, then costs to return are down to you. I paid nearly £20 for a pair of insoles specifically for support for a foot condition I have. They weren't suitable, but the sellers are in the USA and expect me to pay shipping, more costly than the item. Same problem with a pair of orthopedic shoes, sold by UK Outlet, return policy to China, with me paying the return of an unsuitable item

OnOutlet Bicester Village. NO REFUNDS. Signage is misleading as it states items purchased from OnOutlet are not eligible for refunds online or in On Stores, implying items can be refunded in OnOutlets. £135 gift was too small and bad fitting. I am stuck with an unwanted £135 gift card. If you need to purchase any gift or want to test shoes on carpet at home, DON'T. YOU WON'T GET A REFUND. Steer clear and buy on line

Unsolicited Nuisance calls and emails... I wouldn't touch this company if they gave their stock away...

Don't buy anything from this site runaway they are fraud and scams !!!!!!!
I ordered items still not arrived they don't respond email and phones !!!!!!
