I absolutely love my nipper double. It’s my favourite pram and I highly recommend it to anyone with 2 children. Beaches, woods, festivals, holidays, you name it you can take the nipper with you to make your life easier!
I’ve had my pram nearly 2 years now and my pull handle was coming loose. I contacted the warranty customer service and within a week they resolved my problem and sent out a new seat unit to me within days. Fantastic and easy customer service!
Highly recommend Out n About for their prams and unbelievable customer service!

Bought the Nipper Trek (£250) and immediately had issues with it. The velcro which is the only way to adjust the seat height for your infant is an incredibly poor design. On every walk I’ve had, in the few days that I’ve had the product the velcro fails and my baby drops down low in the seat. This means I have the ordeal of having to remove everything, try to refix the velcro for the seat and then get everything back on. It’s a nightmare.
The engagement with their customer support team is infuriating with auto generated responses from a bot or a person, which on three separate occasions now I’ve been asked the exact same questions, such as describing the issue as well as providing proof of purchase. I bought the product directly from their own website and the proof of purchase and order number is outlined several times already in my communication.
No resolution yet on the issue and the whole customer support process feels totally rubbish.

I keep having to chase to send back for refund. I have to wait for refund before I can buy a new pram and I have a 4 week old baby so am losing patience with this abysmal customer service big time.

Little skeptic because I was told a few times the newer models weren’t as good as the older models. Either way after a little back and forth with customer service I decided on the nipper V5 sport I was also cheeky in asking if there were any offers coming up soon so I could wait and they offerred me a discount code. Pushchair arrived was so easy to put together etc. Absolutely by far the best choice it has made running with my 2 year old a complete dream he loves it there’s enough room if he falls asleep in there. Had a little issue with the hood don’t know if it was a fault or me being too heavy handed but I broke the zip I contacted customer services asked if it was possible to order myself a new one as I couldn’t see them online. I had an almost immediate reply and was told a new hood was already on the way to me you can’t really top that kind of service until Wednesday when my tyre went down assumed it was a simple puncture which it was in all fairness the inner tube was a lot larger than I expected when I had taken it out I was a little confused I emailed just to double check before I bought a new one ( I’m not really that tyre savvy I can fix a puncture at best ) I didn’t want to buy the wrong size I pretty much had a same day response again telling me not to worry and a replacement was on its way to me already. I have 3 children have had more than my fair share of push chairs over the years with more than enough issues I can hole heartily never come across customer service as lovely and helpful as Out n About.

We ordered in April and have received nothing to date, with bare minimum customer service responses providing a series of factually inaccurate statements and missed delivery times. We were eventually offered split delivery to receive what was in stock and requested this same day but had no response. Apparently now the buggy (Nipper V6) itself is delayed until August. Our child was born yesterday. Had Out'n'About been honest and upfront about their chronic shipping delays we would have had the opportunity to investigate and order alternatives in a timely manner. We have now went to a direct competitor who has shipped the same day.

I have a very old out n about (they dont sell it anymore). it is at end of life. As they advertise themselves as an environmentally conscious company, I thought they would have a recycling scheme. They dont.
Its basically just now going to landfill. Very dissappointing. If you have newer models they have got good repair services etc hence 2 stars but as soon as its too old, they wont touch it.
I was looking to buy another one too and they are sold out until September - 3 month wait! I think I will go elsewhere

The products are pricey and God help you if you have a problem with them in any way because their Customer Service is shockingly non existent. They don’t answer emails or phone calls, they don’t respond to messages on their website either. Such a shame. I have a very expensive order that’s gone missing in transit and I can’t get through to anyone to discuss this. Won’t be buying from them again

We have a 20-year-old Out n About V1 double buggy and we absolutely love it. It has been everywhere with us over the years and has stood the test of time brilliantly.
Recently, the rear wheel was damaged while we were travelling home from holidays in Spain, so I ordered a replacement online. It arrived very quickly, but when I opened it, I realised it was a wheel from a later model. Although it fit perfectly, it looked different from the original wheels and I wanted to keep the buggy looking original.
I emailed the team at Out n About, explained the situation, and received a lovely reply from Lee. Lee immediately offered to send out the correct V1 wheel for us.
I was really impressed with their customer service. It’s rare these days to get that level of support for a 20-year-old product. We love our Out n About buggy — it’s a real workhorse, gets plenty of abuse, and just keeps going.

Such a versatile pram for my two children. One being 7 months and the other being 2, easy fold away, love the size of the sun covers, and how easy it is to maneuver.

I have always loved my out n about nipper v5, I've used it since newborn with the carrycot attachment. It has done a lot of off road miles because we live on a farm.
I was heartbroken when one of the clips that attached the hood broke. I didn't buy the pushchair direct from Out n About, but made contact with them as it was still within the 2 year warranty. The customer service team were amazing, I just had to send proof of purchase and a photo of the issue and they sent out replacement parts the same day, no quibble.
I didn't think it was possible to love out n about any more, but now I do!

I purchased an Out n About Nipper V6 approximately 4 weeks ago and unfortunately experienced a very serious safety incident.
While in normal use, the buggy suddenly collapsed whilst my 5-month-old baby was seated inside and my toddler was using the front rider feature. My toddler was thrown forward and sustained injuries. Thankfully my baby was not physically harmed, but the incident was extremely distressing.
After researching further, I became aware of the existing inspection/repair programme relating to hinge/weld issues on this model. Although my batch number was reportedly not affected the nature of the failure appeared very similar.
Initially I was offered a repair which I did not feel was appropriate given the circumstances and loss of confidence in the product. After escalation the company has now agreed to collect the buggy for assessment and arrange a refund.
I appreciate that the matter has now been escalated and partly resolved, however the collapse itself was extremely concerning and I felt it was important to share my experience with others.

We ordered an item from Out'n'About a month ago. After a week, when we hadn't received the item, we checked the tracking number and realised Royal Mail said they were still awaiting the item from the shipper.
The customer service was abysmal after that. An autoresponse gave us the tracking number and instructed us to reply if we needed to talk to a "human" ... and then the human gave us the tracking number again, rather than reading our message that indicated there was nothing associated with the tracking number. We then went back and forth to no avail.
At this point, customer service has gone silent. They last contacted us a week ago saying they'd have an answer for us that same day. Their logstics department says the item was shipped, Royal Mail doesn't have any tracking information, and we've disputed the charge with our credit card company lacking any other option.
We can't quite make sense of what's going on here, to be candid. We already own a buggy from the company, but at this point, we're unlikely to ever purchase anything again and have stopped recommending them to others.
