I bought the rebuild service from out and about and have had absolutely shocking customer service from them. I had to chase them twice in two weeks to actually get any fabrics sent, in that 2 weeks I had no communication from them at all. When they did arrive half of the items were missing so I had to chase again! They are the hardest company to get hold of. The only positive part of my experience was the engineer (Rocco), he was extremely helpful. (If it was a review on just him he’d get 5 stars). He went out of his way to help me with my issues and trying to contact customer services on my behalf. He went above and beyond and was doing chasing that wasn’t his job role! I now have to wait for more fabrics …… we will see how long this wait is and if the order arrives complete! Not the kind of customer service you expect from a reputable company.
Fantastic quick service couldn’t ask for more helpful experience
The customer service has been extremely disappointing. I returned the pushchair and have received conflicting information every time I’ve called. Initially, I was told it had been received but that there was a backlog of returns to process. On my next call, I was informed they had not received it at all this was after I provided tracking details and photographic proof from the courier confirming delivery and receipt of the pushchair.
It has now been nearly two weeks since the pushchair was delivered back to them, and I am still £800 out of pocket. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company unless they are prepared to risk losing a significant amount of money.
Products ar great and this would be a 5* review based on that. Unfortunately I have had an issue with and order placed in November 2025 (currently end of February 2026 and the foot muff in the bundle was on back order until "16th February 2026". This date has now passed with no updates from Out n abouts end on this.
On trying to contact to receive an update I came across AI customer service which would not let me get through to a person to resolve the issue. I had tried phoning multiple times but the telephone cuts out after 2 and a half minutes.
I have emailed multiple times and had a response asking for an order number, once I sent this follow up information I then received no response to this.
I was eventually able to speak to an agent after leaving a comment on a Facebook post about this. Once I was through to an agent they explained the issue, apologised and sent me a different foot muff to use until the one ordered comes in stock.
Probably the best customer service I have experienced in years. Genuinely helpful, quick to respond and offered solutions vice barriers that you often meet with customer service from companies. Would highly recommend.
Quick delivery and the front rider is a complete game changer.Has been a godsend during half term.
Amazing. Over the moon with the service from out n about. The front rider is everything we needed for our family with 3 small kids (3yr, 9m and 9m)… for them to design one retrospectively for those with the older versions we are massively appreciative. Thank you out and about. We have the v4 and thanks to you we can use it even longer!! Out n about for life.
Currently on my third frame for the V6 and it is still collapsing. Have requested a full refund. Don't buy a v6! They shouldn’t be sending out prams which are faulty. Complete waste of

Really poor. Received a double nipper that we thought had a problem. They then emailed saying there is a problem with a certain model number.
Asked for our push chair to be sent back then DPD lost it
We made an order from the company for the Nipper Wagon on 30 November 2025 to take advantage of the sales. We received the wagon a few days later. It looked fantastic, but we hadn't even taken it out of its packaging when we realised it was going to be just too big for us - it wouldn't have easily gone up and down our front steps and was too wide for the doorway. We paid to return the product via DPD less than 7 days later still in its original packaging and received a confirmation of the return having been received.
I followed up 11 days later to see when we might expect our money back and a bot answered saying they were experiencing higher than usual wait times. I tried emailing the company and calling them and after waiting on hold, the call cuts out or says they aren't available right now to take my call.
After waiting 2 months for the return, eventually I wrote my review here and received a response within a day. The matter was then resolved quickly and politely, with a refund winging its way back to us within 5 days.
In short, the product seemed great and eventually the customer service was good, it just took a while.
Would be great to give a review on the Nipper Sport Double V5 that I ordered on 31st of January but mine still hasn’t arrived! After a few emails back-and-forth, getting only the answer that it’s on the way and I should wait for an email from DPD I’m beginning to get a little impatient now. My rating may change depending on the performance of the buggy, that’s if I ever receive it….

Bought the little nipper v5 sport. During first outing I noticed that one of the rear wheels does not quite spin smoothly and wobbles slightly. I believe it is where the pin is not at exactly 90 degrees.
After this short 1.5mile jog the other rear wheel deflated. Pretty sure I haven’t caused a puncture already.
I contacted out n about. Once I got round the annoying and useless bot and got to a human I was told there are no spare wheels available for another 3-4months. So as it stands, I have a £400 buggy with one wheel that wobbles and one with a puncture and customer services (so far) have not offered any solution.
Really disappointed. I had a v3 and used it for years with no issues at all. Plus, that one was far cheaper…
UPDATE:
After chasing up and posting the review Out n About have not spoken to me, just sent an order confirmation for the spare wheels… they won’t be sent for 3 months however. Tried to phone them, could barely hear the customer services person through their terrible reception. I could hear their mobile going off in the background though. Their only solution was to send the whole buggy back. I will then have to buy a whole new one… what a waste of everybody’s time. I said why can’t they just take the wheels out of one of the sets they have and send me those…. Nope… tried to complain over the phone… they can’t be reached sorry..
pathetic…
They also want me to pay to return the buggy…
