Item and price were good, just a shame about the long dispatch time. For an item listed as in stock, a dispatch time of over a week this day and age is a bit too long.

I was promised my refund ysd, But unfortunately another day goes by. I am getting in touch with my bank concerning this matter because clearly you have no intention of refunding my £111 20p my money
This is my 2nd review, I am still waiting for my refund of -£111.20 Going back from 24th November. I purchased a Jacket for the amount above but had to return as was to big. So returned it for a refund of that amount.And still waiting. Please would you be kind enough to refund my money back the same way I purchased with. Regards Kathleen Day. I do still have proof of purchase and postage receipt

I looked around and found the Joules Waterproof coat for over £30 cheaper than other websites. The delivery was very fast and I am delighted with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. Thank you.
