McGivern Diamonds Avaliações

Mike is so helpful with his recommendations of diamonds, what works, what may not, and has helped me to make my dream ring a reality. He really goes the extra mile and definitely knows his stuff. Even though I live very far away, I will keep bringing my business to him.

Our family has been a customer of McGivern Diamonds for over 25 years. They offer exceptional expertise, guidance and value. Above all -- they are a trusted gemologist and recognized by the GIA. McGivern Diamonds is extremely customer focused and ensure customer satisfaction at every level of the buying experience. Their service is unmatched in the industry.

McGivern Jewelers offers impeccable service, quality jewelry, at a fair price. I would highly recommend working with this family owned business!

CA customers here, for almost 20 years now. Mike is great to work with! He patiently answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests, creating a beautiful custom ring that not only exceeded my expectations, but stayed within our budget.

McGivern’s pricing can’t be beat either. I compared to online and local jewelers who, after adding taxes and fees, ended up costing more.

We are lifelong customers and are already planning our next project!

I have used Michael McGivern for projects big and small. My engagement ring and eternity bands were custom made by Michael. They are stunning! My daughter in law lost her original engagement ring and Michael made her a replacement ring from drawings and pictures. She never takes it off her hand. I hesitated to contact him with a small project involving repurposing a pair of diamond earrings. He made two necklaces for my daughter and myself that are very special. Even though I live in a different state, he has made the process of getting the jewelry pieces to him and back as simple as possible. I don't think you could ask or find better service from a business!

Michael and his time have done exceptional custom work for us for 20 years. The last piece no exception.

Service was easy and professional! I worked with Mike via e-mail and his response time was immediate. I love my diamond earrings. The quality of their product and their professional service explains why they maintain the highest Better Business Rating that BBB has to offer.

McGivern Diamond was referred to me by a friend in 1998. They provide exceptional customer service second to none and I have a high bar to meet. I work for a Luxury dealership that demands your best everyday so I know the efforts it takes to deliver a seamless great experience to your guests. Mike and his team have exceeded my expectations all 4 times I have called to purchase their exquisite product. I am no doubt a Customer for Life

Awesome Service....... Couldn’t be happier with my diamond or workmanship Thank you!

Multiple purchases over the years and each time service and rings were even better than expected. Highly recommend

Every time I have dealt with Mike it’s always a great experience. You will not be disappointed...I live in another state and I always go back to McGivern for my jewelry needs.

Working with Michael was such a pleasure. He was timely and creative in his designs. The end result was so much more than I had envisioned, simply beautiful. He was available to answer any questions we had about the process.
There are so many loose diamonds available to choose from, able to fit any budget.

This is my fourth purchase from McGivern. Each experience is better than the last. Some purchases have been modest and others once in a lifetime. It doesn’t matter what you are buying. The service is personal and top notch. Mr McGivern has helped guide me with his expertise and good taste. Truly a fantastic experience.

My fiance bought me the most gorgeous engagement ring here to set his grandmother's diamond. It's unique and fabulous! About a year later, I needed a repair to my ring and it was so easy to contact the owner, Michael. He took care of me and made the whole process simple--even during the COVID pandemic! Within a week of contacting him, my ring was repaired and back to me, even though I live out of town. I highly recommend this jeweler!

We have been customers for decades and could not be happier. The service, product quality and professionalism of McGivern Diamonds is unsurpassed. In addition to various diamond pieces, we have purchased other jewelry items and everything has exceeded our expectations. You cannot go wrong with McGivern Diamonds.

Fantastic! Michael did beautiful work for me about 10 years ago so I called on him again to reset my engagement ring. I was more than a pain in making decisions. He was patient and helpful. The finish product is spectacular. I will most definitely use him again in the future. He is my jeweler.

Michael and his company out did themselves with amazing customer service. Even though we are in California and he is in Ohio we felt like we were working with a jeweler down the street. He held our hand though the entire process of a custom engagement and wedding ring, no questions was to small and the end product came out fantastic! The turnaround was quick and the prices fair. I would highly recommend anyone, know matter where you live, use McGiven for all their jewelry needs. Thanks again!

I highly recommend McGivern Diamonds. If you value prompt, professional, and courteous service this is the diamond jeweler you should use. Prices are very competitive. Website is highly functional. I will be back again!!

I assisted my daughter's fiance in purchasing an engagement ring. I've purchased jewelry from McGivern Diamonds before. I am always impressed with McGivern's excellent diamond selection and price as well as the excellent customer service. She is thrilled with her ring. I'll definitely purchase from McGivern's again in the future.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced to this day. The ring and diamond i got is amazing and Michael went beyond the call of helping me feel fully secure in my purchase.
