McGivern Diamonds Avaliações

This was my second purchase from Mike, and once again I am very pleased. Great service, prices, and selection!

Mike and his staff were very professional. He assisted me in designing a ring and earrings with the diamonds from the engagement/wedding rings my late husband gave me. I am extremely happy with the designs and the service I received.

Seven years later, my wife loves her ring more today than the day I placed it on her finger. Seven years ago, I found Mike on the internet. I was impressed with his vast knowledge of diamonds and he was willing to take the time to educate me. The diamond ring is simple but she still receives comments about how beautiful the diamond is. Just recently I asked Mike for an updated appraisal for my wife's ring to give to our insurance company. He responded quickly and sent me an updated appraisal. Thank you Mike! I recommend you highly!

I found McGivern during an online search for a loose diamond for my wife as we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. After looking at dozens of jewelry stores and many websites I found McGiverns. It took maybe 10 minutes on Michaels site to find a stone that looked great. I made a call to the phone number listed and had Michael on the phone! We had a brief conversation, he sent me a link on how to order a stone, it arrived in a couple days and my wife is thrilled!
i cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Thank you Michael,

I was referred to Mike McGivern in 1999. Since then I have invested in several diamonds. No doubt his services are best described as "WORLD CLASS". Most encounters I have had with personal purchases simply meet my expectations. With McGivern's diamond they have "EXCEEDED" my expectations not only once but ALL 4 times I have completed a transaction with him & his staff. It is the personal touch of an owner who cares about customer satisfaction that permeates throughout his staff. You will do yourself a tremendous disservice if you do not make your next "personal" investment of a diamond or customize jewelry with McGivern's. "Experience it once and you will never forget it". Sincerely, Joseph Guillory

This is my second purchase from Mike. Just like the first time, Mike was very prompt and courteous, and gave his honest, expert opinion on diamonds. The quality of the jewelry is A+, and priced far better than in stores.

I will use Mike again in the future and I recommend him to everyone looking for jewelry.

Mike found exactly what we were looking for in a diamond and his prices cannot be matched. I took the specs of the diamond to a respected local jeweler and was told they could not beat his price for a similar diamond. We gave Mike a design for an engagement setting and it was perfect in every way. He was responsive to our needs always quick to reply to an email or request and made us feel secure throughout the entire process. I definitely would do business with him again.

McGivern diamond worked with me on the time frame that I had. The communication is outstanding. No pressure sales. Gives you advise so you can do your own research to make your best decision. Far better than Mall jewelry stores.

If you are not familiar re diamonds, this the place to go.

I was skeptical of buying an expensive piece of jewelry online but the ratings given by other buyers reassured me. In addition, Michael was always very prompt in responding to my emails in a friendly and informative manner. I got the feeling that he was doing his best to make sure that I was satisfied, even after the sale was made. My new diamond ring is even more stunning than I anticipated and I will buy another diamond from McGivern Diamonds!

You won't find more personalized customer service anywhere else. I dealt with Mike via email the entire time. He was prompt, and overall very helpful. The work that they've done at McGivern with the jewelry is magnificent. I will go back to them in the future.

My experience with McGivern Diamonds was excellent! The website is designed to help you find the perfect diamond and match it with the perfect ring....and stay within your budget. A great way to shop for jewelry. Michael was great to work with...he gave me sound advice that helped me make a informed decision and made me feel comfortable and confident. The outcome exceeded my expectations! I will continue to business with McGivern Diamonds!

I had to return my order for personal reasons, there was no objection, credit card was immediately given the money back.

I discovered Michael McGivern on the internet. People approach internet commerce with trepidation, however, there should be none what so ever with McGivern Diamonds. Mike is an honest, competitively-priced, high quality jeweler that I am elated to have conducted business with. The diamond I ordered is beautiful. The ring he created is excellent. I needed it created and shipped to me in short order and he executed flawlessly. I will definitely turn to McGivern Diamonds for future jewelry needs, despite me living on the other side of the country. If you are looking for high quality, good value and integrity, I would recommend Michael McGivern without reservation.

My father referred me to McGivern after I had visited a few local chain stores. I had already settled on a ring, but I figured I would check out McGivern. I'm very glad I did. I sent them a picture of the ring I was about to purchase, and they matched me with one very similar. The price was lower, and the quality was better. I had numerous questions throughout the process, and they were always answered within minutes. Michael was a pleasure to work with, and beyond friendly. I would recommend McGivern to anyone looking to purchase a ring.

Don't be fooled by the understatement and modesty of Mike McGivern - this guy knows his business!
I wanted him to make a new setting for my diamond ring. I had an idea of what I wanted and Mike, very patiently, worked with me until I was happy with the design. He even had a wax model made for me to look at before I gave him the 'go-ahead'.
The end result is fabulous!

We found a picture of a unique customized ring and Mike was able to duplicate and come in cheaper than a competitor. The service was outstanding , prompt and Mike keeps you informed. The ring was very detailed and the CAD design was so precise down to every round diamond and miligrain. We highly recommend McGiverns you can't go wrong and look forward to our next purchase.

I had such a great experience with my first diamond purchase from Mike for a matching diamond to complement my old engagement ring that I was turning into a pair of earring and without any hesitation, I emailed Mike again when it came time for another diamond purchase.

I had a budget in mind that I wanted to spend on a 2+ carat cusion cut diamond with a customized platinum halo setting and Mike went above and beyond in finding me the perfect stone to go with my customized setting, which the designer did a fabulous job on. I've been getting nothing but raved reviews on the final ring and that always makes a girl happy.

Mike's prices are very competitive and if anything, probably cheaper than his competitors when I was looked around for prices. What makes Mike stands out a mile from his competitors is his prompt and honest response and opinion. He doesn't just want you to buy from him once, he wants to build a long term relationship with all his customers and I'm happy to say I'll be emailing him again when it comes time to another diamond purchase.

I am one happy customer of McGiverns Diamond!

I am so grateful to have done business with McGivern Diamonds!!! The entire experience was top notch! From my initial question about the ring I wanted to have, the order itself, and my ring arriving, I have been completely impressed!!! I will tell everyone, and return as a customer in the future!
If you have found this review, stop and look no further!!! You will be writing your own 5 star recommendation after your experience!!!!! Thank you so much (Mike) McGivern Diamonds!!!!!! The workmanship is nothing short of perfection!

Mike made ring shopping easy! I sent him a picture of a similar ring design I had in mind and described a couple changes in design I wanted and he executed the changes perfectly. Also gave him a budget I wanted to work within for the entire ring and he made it happen! My fiancé absolutely loves her ring, tells me every day as she gazes at it. I have Mike to thank for that! Who knew buying a perfect ring online could be so easy?
