Tablets I bought were trash. This company does not care about doing better. They only care about getting your money.

They have defrauded me out of over $80 from undisclosed fees that werent anywhere on their website because they set the receiver as the one to pay extra fees with UPS. The second I was notified about the extra fees from UPS, before it crossed the border to Canada, I immediately sent a email refusing the package, citing the undisclosed fees. Well the package is back with Overseas Organix, but UPS still sent me a bill for over $70 for customs fees on a package I never received. I sent a polite email to the company asking them to pay for these undisclosed fees, as they should. I didnt think this would be a problem for them making millions of dollars to do the right thing and pay for fees they did not disclose on their website prior to purchase, but they have ghosted me since. And now I received a late payment fee on top of the initial undisclosed fee. Avoid this company at all costs. They are absolutely frauds and now I am stuck having to pay over $80 for zero product, so my life isnt ruined by my credit amd collection agencies, all because of Overseas Organix's mistake of not disclosing any additional fees with my order on their website. I will be pursuing every avenue until I have extracted over $80 value from this company, one way or another. I will NEVER let this go. Overseas Organix has no problem ruining people's lives, which my life would be ruined if I kept refusing to pay UPS bill and the ruined my credit and sent it to a collection agency.

their loss is more reputable vendors that have all around experience with prices as well as product that has much more options, better prices, higher quality potency, my first order with simply 7 was like night and day as their mit powders are much better,head over to simply 7 for the best,they sell mit along with olders,my new favorite is the white lightning & monster mit they have, unlike this place the customer chooses how many grams which is nicer,I'll never attempt to order from overseas organix because it's like a gamble..

The worst vendor in the game, and karma got to them over it. They bait you in with accurately dosed tabs and then when you order a significant amount they send you massively underdosed look alikes. You have to chase them around to get your orders to even ship, and theyre extremely rude bordering on mean when you ask them to do the bare minimum of shipping what you order when you order it.

Their retail location is no better. Rude employees not interested in helping, you feel like youve done something wrong just for walking in the door to shop.

Ive yet to find a worse company in the Kratom industry, these guys take the cake.

Now that the owner is in legal trouble, its become even worse. They can write your complaints off as a result of lack of staff, which is ridiculous. Someone can answer the phone and provide you Zelle information, but they cant then fulfill the order? Yikes.

Stay far, far away from these guys. They take advantage of their customers, who are themselves people who need compassion and care.

PS : as I look down through their Google reviews some of them are very shady. Photos provided here that are clearly taken inside their shop claiming to be customers receiving orders. Lots of accounts that have only reviewed this business. You'll notice lots of people re-iteraring what I say, they lure you in with a few good orders and then turn on you when you make a larger one. Its a consistent pattern of behavior, and you can pretty safely assume any positive reviews you see are people still making their first few small orders.

I placed an order of over $300, and now more than two months have passed. I sent several emails, but they stopped replying completely.

This order was paid with money I worked hard for, over months, and yet they take no responsibility for the shipment. I have no idea if the package was ever sent or where it is. I also paid extra for private UPS shipping, which makes this situation even worse.

I have been using kratom for over 10 years, and this has never happened to me before. They claim to be honest, but honesty means communicating and taking responsibility, especially when customers spend serious money.

I know that some people received their products, but I did not, and I was simply ignored.
If you don’t want to risk losing the money you worked hard to earn, I do not recommend trusting this company.

They have grown and become a AAA company now. Maxwell, the CEO is amazing and runs a tight ship. I am very happy with the product and the shipping time. I look forward to continuing business with them.

This company knows exactly what they are doing and they put alot of effort in to making sure every order is handled professionally and with care. They have an amazing Staff, Maxwell and Logan are legends for the amount of work and care they put into every tab. I appreciate companies that are passionate about helping others and this is definitely it. From customer service to quality products I can say this is easily my new favorite place to order tabs from. Their tabs taste great and work better than most ive ever tried on the market. Do yourselves a favor and try them out. You won't regret it!

Excellent, clean products that are seemingly stronger than most brands. Overseas Organix is the only place I shop for my 7-oh.

After a recommendation by a friend, I tried their products. It was the best kratom product I’ve ever tried. I was also thrilled to find out they are local to me! After a phone call to confirm, I was given permission to go to the local headquarters. Not what I expected! Basically a warehouse full people working busily. I met a dude named Chris who was quick to tell me about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I found that reassuring. He also told me they are a small operation striving to offer the best kratom products, anywhere. I could not feel better about spending my kratom money here. Period!

I wish there was a negative rating. This company is run by criminals. There tablets are clearly marked 15mg yet they sell them as 20mg. This company should be shut down! There are many places you can get tablets from don’t waste your money on a company that flat out lies about there product. They have terrible customer service and refuse to right the wrongs they inflict on customers. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this company.

The quality of their products is without peer. I don't order from anyone else anymore. The only problem I have ever had with shipping was not their fault at all, it was USPS routing my package in a very strange way. (This has happened to me with other companies as well. Something about my address is screwed up in their system somehow.)To make up for that, they gave me extra on my next shipment, without me even asking. Just a very quality operation, and the products are a great value.

Yet again, always a pleasure doing business with Overseas Organix! They have quality Kratom, and tend throw in a couple freebies here and there. Quick customer service and same with with shipping if ordered before 2 PM EST. Will always come back! Much love to everyone at Overseas Organix!

OverseasOrganix is one of my favorite online kratom vendors, and I've ordered from them several times .I find their products to be top-drawer, and their customer service to be even better!

The suggestion that these folks are uncaring, unresponsive, dishonest or unethical is absurd, and stinks of professional envy.

They are legit. Even reshipped my product with extras after USPS lost it in transit.

As you can see this page is not verified at all. That is because it is not set up by me. And set up by an angry competitor who tried to scam me lol!

I was trying to do business with him and when I realized I was being scammed I wrote a bad review on his trust pilot page to alert other buyers. In return he frauded me and my company by creating a page by him on trust pilot to then “get back” at me for alerting other people. I have already collected evidence for the lawsuit. In the mean time I’m going to be reporting this fraudulent activity. So before this is taken down If any other bad reviews come forward please know it was by Ballie LLC.
