A great option if you are looking for a…

A great option if you are looking for a budget solution. However, all the IPs I've tried are blocked by Hotmail/Outlook. The network setup is also a bit non-standard and requires some extra configuration.

The ECO servers in the Kimsufi range allow you to order additional IPv4 addresses, but you are stuck with only one (!) IPv6 address. This is a huge drawback in 2026 when other providers routinely offer a /64 or more.

Aside from the IPv6 issues on the new Kimsufi range, my So You Start (SYS) server has been running without problems for years.

Do czasu awarii wszystko OK, albo i nie..

Pan Błażej, po 'zakończonej' interwencji poprosił o opinię no to ją dodam...
- awaria w serwerowni, wycięta cała sekcja
- mamy wewnętrzną informację, że coś leży, zaczynamy sprawdzać
- strona statusu OVH - wszystko na zielono, czyli działa :)
- no nie działa...
- po około godzinie od wystąpienia problemów (!) komunikat na stronie, no że nie działa
- po około 5 godzinach sekcja serwerowni wstaje powoli (nie bez problemów, bo w trakcie maszyna jest restartowana / wisi, na stronie statusu pojawia się zalecenie do restartu maszyn przez klientów (!), bo niektórym to ponoć pomaga - jako ciekawostka potem ten tekst zniknął)
- wszystko prawie wróciło do normy oprócz jednego bloku adresacji /29. Żaden IP z tego jednego bloku nie działa (inne bloki działają).
- po 24 godzinach od awarii blok dalej nie działa, support nic nie jest w stanie powiedzieć bo muszą uzyskać odpowiedź z centrali (!)
- w międzyczasie dokupiliśmy jeden adres IP aby spróbować przepinać usługi
- no niestety wszystko wskazuje że ten IP też nie działa...

Ogólnie przez tyle lat co jesteśmy w OVH - jeżeli wszystko działa - super, spoko i ok :)
Jeżeli masz pecha i maszyna jest targana awariami, ogólnie musisz mieć plan awaryjny do przeniesienia się na szybko gdzieś indziej. Nigdzie nie jest różowo i OVH nie jest tutaj wyjątkiem... Jesteśmy w OVH nie wiem, z 10 lat. Zostawiliśmy jedną maszynę i ona tam dalej będzie pewnie jako 'backup', ale część wirtualek po awarii poszła już gdzieś indziej :)

Edit:

Poprawię swoję ocenę na 1. Po tygodniu (!!!) od zgłoszenia awarii IP dostałem pytania o przeprowadzenie diagnostyki. Polecam support ;)

Last time I gave it a 5, today I gave it a 1. I've been a customer (baremetal, public cloud) for 10 years. I recently ordered and paid for two dedicated machines on February 3rd. They were supposed to arrive within 3 days. After a week of silence, I contacted support with a brief message: "It will be here on the 16th," with no explanation for the delay or silence. Today, the 16th, the day is ending, and I still don't have any dedicated servers. Now, in the chat, some cheerful consultant wrote to me, "Order delayed, it will be here on the 27th." And instead of explaining, the guy disconnected the chat.

This is so completely absurd and unserious that words are amiss. I strongly advise against using it.

I feel like something is wrong with OVH and their customer service: I don't know what's going on with my order, there's no contact... This is NOT what a serious business looks like...

Złożyłem zlecenie aktualizacji danych…

Złożyłem zlecenie aktualizacji danych WHOIS dla 3 moich domen. Ponieważ sprawa przeciągnęła się ponad 48h, skontaktowałem się z przesympatyczną i bardzo pomocną konsultantką na infolinii. W kilka mitu domknęliśmy temat i wszystko zakończyło się sukcesem! (Nr zgłoszenia: CS15160110)

Nie polecam tego dostawcy. Fatalny stosunek do klienta, od kilku dnia czekam na odpowiedź od działu obsługi. Zapłaciłem za usługę domeny na 3 lata, a mimo to dostaję maile z groźbą o wstrzymanie usługi jeśli nie zapłacę faktury za rok. Ze strachu o moją stronę byłem zmuszony zapłacić jeszcze raz.

Indywidualne podejście do stałego klienta – dziękuję za zrozumienie!

Jestem stałym klientem OVHcloud (utrzymuję tu m.in. portfel ponad 200 domen) i bardzo doceniam sposób, w jaki potraktowano moją nietypową sytuację. Zwróciłem się z prośbą o wcześniejsze anulowanie zobowiązania czasowego na serwer dedykowany, ponieważ mój klient końcowy nagle zakończył działalność.

Mimo że formalnie wiązała mnie umowa do sierpnia, Dział Reklamacji podszedł do sprawy indywidualnie i "po ludzku". Zamiast sztywnego trzymania się regulaminu, doceniono naszą długoletnią współpracę i wykonano gest handlowy, anulując resztę zobowiązania.

Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana Pawła S. za szybką reakcję oraz Pana Michała G. za finalną, pozytywną decyzję. Takie partnerskie podejście sprawia, że chce się z Wami współpracować dalej.
