Rażąca niekompetencja

Płatny hosting to dno. W nieskończoność wykazuje "zadania w toku" przy prostej próbie dodania subdomeny. Na panelu informacyjnym pokazuje inny IPv4 niż jest faktycznie. Korzystanie ze wsparcia to strata czasu - posadzili tam chyba praktykantów, którzy nie odróżniają np. hostingu od domeny. Totalna porażka, szkoda pieniędzy, a przede wszystkim czasu! Wyjaśnienia udzielane przez konsultantów to powtarzany w kółko bełkot – chyba AI...

Professional and Kind Support

We recently had to cancel a dedicated server contract at OVHcloud, and while the initial terms didn't allow early termination, we were lucky to be assisted by Michał G. from the Claims Department.

Michał handled our case with real professionalism and empathy. He listened, offered a fair solution, and even made an exception to cancel the commitment after we transitioned to a new OVH server. Thanks to his support, the whole process felt human - not just policy-driven.

Huge thanks to Michał for his help and flexibility. It's the kind of support that makes you want to stay with a provider. We have been using OVH as a technical partner for our company for over 4 years now, and we are going to continue working with OVH as they are true professionals and the best in the business.

Nie znalazłem lepszej oferty serwerów dedykowanych eco w Polsce. Czasami trzeba poczekać chwilę dłużej i upolować jakieś rabaty albo dobre okazje na dedyka. Support stara się pomagać jak może i na korzyść klienta. Polecam :)

Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi OVH, który wykazał się dużym profesjonalizmem podczas procesu zmiany serwera na inny. Wiele rzeczy można sprawnie załatwić telefonicznie lub mailowo. Miłe i ludzkie podejście do tematu oraz duża elastyczność w rozwiązywaniu problemów na korzyść klienta.

Używamy OVH (serwer dedykowany) od 10 lat. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z poziomu świadczonych usług. Wiadomo, że zawsze kilka małych rzeczy można poprawić ale jeśli chodzi o rynek hostingu to zdecydowanie polecamy -
szczególnie polski oddział OVH !!!!
Obsługa klienta na najwyższym poziomie!!

Odradzam dla większych projektów.

Jeżeli chcesz łączyć kilka serwerów z różnych hostingów odradzam ci zakupu serwera na OVH.

Posiadam 3 serwery na różnych hostingach, jednak ochrona ovh przy dużej liczbie przesyłanych danych między serwerami blokuje pozostałe 2 serwery, przez co cały sas pada. Dodatkowo po kontakcie z supportem informują że to po stronie konfiguracji serwera, z tym że na serwerze jest jedynie iptables który nawet był czyszczony do 0 aby się upewnić. Wysyłają maila o tym że włączają dodatkową ochrone, ale jak się prosi o dodanie ip do whitelist to już trzeba zapłacić bo to konfiguracja serwera.

Fragment maila:
nasz system monitorowania sieci wykrył nietypowe wzorce ruchu, które mogą wskazywać, że usługi powiązane z adresem IP ***.**.**.** stały się celem ataku.
Aby wyeliminować złośliwe działania i zapewnić bezpieczeństwo, będziemy teraz kierować Twój ruch przez nasze Scrubbing Centres.

Nieuczciwe praktyki – automatyczne przedłużanie bez zgody!

Kupiłem serwer wirtualny bez umowy terminowej, płacąc z góry za jeden miesiąc. Po upływie tego okresu, pomimo braku zobowiązań, firma samodzielnie przedłużyła usługę i wystawiła kolejne faktury, których nie miałem zamiaru opłacać, bo serwer nie był mi już potrzebny.

Napisałem do supportu (zgłoszenie CS10720634), ale odpowiedź była jednoznaczna – muszę zapłacić za serwer, którego nie przedłużałem. Nie mam nawet możliwości rezygnacji z usługi w panelu klienta, dopóki nie ureguluję faktur, które firma wystawiła bez mojej zgody.

To jawnie nieuczciwa praktyka! Unikajcie tej firmy, jeśli nie chcecie płacić za coś, czego nie zamawialiście!

I was able to check the ticket CS10720634 and confirm the information provided by my colleague Eryk. The VPS service has been automatically renewed according to the renewal method you selected.

The pending invoice was indeed due and the service is now set to manual renewal. It will expire on March 1st if you do not renew it manually.

Support nie istnieje! Na pytanie o dostępność konfiguracji serwera dostałem odp. UWAGA "o jabłkach" - kolejce w sklepie i że jak przyjedzie dostawa jabłek, to się wyprzeda i nie wiadomo, kiedy będzie kolejne dostawa, bo kolejka jest długa". Dawno nie widziałem tak żenującego poziomu, a i czasu odp. na ticket..

Nic nie dziala tak jak powinnow. Nawet ustawiajac krok po kroku jak w instrukcji nic nie dziala albo na jakims etapie ustawiania nie ma takiej opcji jak w instrukcji. Pomoc techniczna?? Raczej nie istnieje. Czat zawsze odsyla do instrukcji a dodzwonic sie i porozmawiac z kims z pomocy technicznej to wygrana na loterii.

Omijajcie szerokim łukiem..

Od 4 lat korzystam z usług OVH, OVH GAME ANTY-DDOS działa w porządku dopóki ktoś nie atakuje maszyn z ich własnych serwerów omijając w ten sposób ochronę ANTYDDOS - zostałem skierowany aby zgłosić sprawę na ich maila abuse@ovh (do dziś nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi). Jak wygląda Support? bez komentarza. Czekasz 2-4 dni robocze w zależności od typu zgłoszenia po to aby otrzymać wiadomość, w której twój problem nie zostaje rozwiązany. Ba! nawet nie otrzymujesz rzeczowego wyjaśnienia masz wrażenie jakby odpisywał ci automat (prawdopodobnie gotowe schematy odpowiedzi kopiuj-wklej). Dopiero po zostawieniu następnej wiadomości ktoś łaskawie (po kolejny kilku dniach roboczych) raczy ci coś napisać ale na pierwszą wiadomość nie liczcie że dostaniecie fachową pomoc. Mimo tych minusów byłem stałym klientem aż do dziś...

Pod koniec listopada 2024 złożyłem rezygnacje z umowy terminowej, ponieważ kończył się termin abonamentu i chciałem wymienić dedyka na nowego zamiast przedłużać aktualnego. Serwer nie został usunięty po wygaśnięciu umowy więc 3 grudnia napisałem do supportu. Odpowiedź dostałem po 3 dniach. Dostosowałem się do instrukcji, które wysłali i 6 grudnia serwer został usunięty ale faktura za pełny miesiąc pozostała. Napisałem znowu do supportu. Po tym zgłoszeniu zauważyłem że faktura zniknęła z konta i zmienił się jej status na ANULOWANE (a więc uznałem sprawę za załatwioną). Ku mojemu zdziwieniu faktura powróciła na konto po kilku dniach i środki na kwotę 559zl zostały pobrane z konta - UWAGA! za usługę która nie była świadczona przez 24 dni, gdyż serwer został usunięty.

Dodatkowo najgorsza polityka wobec stałych klientów jaką widziałem. Bardziej opłaca się kupić tego samego dedyka z takimi samymi parametrami ale NOWEGO i przenieść wszystkie dane na nową maszynę niż przedłużać aktualnie posiadanego w umowie terminowej. (Różnica 70-100zł miesięcznie w cenie)

Nie mogę się doczekać aż po wygaśnięciu obecnej umowy będę mógł przejść do konkurencji..

I was able to view ticket CS10610629 and I confirm the information that was transmitted by my colleague Pawel. I see that you have not followed up on his last email and his last response on the ticket.

A termination of the service is necessary if you no longer use it and do not wish to be billed. If the dedicated server remains on automatic renewal, it will be renewed and an invoice will be generated.
