The ads stated the taste is like Starbucks strawberry drink. In reality, it taste like water with color. I reached out to Ovia but they would not send me a full refund.

I waited over a month for the product, only to receive an empty bag and their AI customer service rep, Sarah, will only refund $13. I can’t get to a real person. Don’t waste your time! Complete scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the product, it did absolutely nothing for me so I cancelled. The charged me again. I had to fight with customer service rep (Sarah) for two days She would only give a 1/3 refund back. The website said FULL REFUND if not satisfied. I was not satisfied so why wouldn’t they give a full refund? Shady people, shady product, I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

I have used this product for a month now. My appetite has not changed. My cravings have not changed. The only change, my feet tinkle after drinking. Please be sure to write down your order #. I did not so can not return my other two containers of the product.

This is a SCAM!! They steal your money enroll you in subscriptions without consent, bill every three weeks for a 90 day supply, and refuse to refund even when it involves fraud.
It does NOT work.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I can only echo what everyone has already said in their review.
1. Taste? Nothing, maybe a slight flavor of something, what it is I cannot tell.
2. Customer service is great while you're ordering. But God forbid you want to get in touch to discuss your order because they become a ghost!
3. Speaking of ordering, they sneakily, in very small print, have a subscription box already checked. Bam, before you know it there is another shipment on its way!
4. Headache? Yes
5. Mixing? Nearly impossible, the stuff is like paste!!

I ordered from the site and then was text from a local number for my state even tho this company was in New York. Trying to get me to order two boxes. I did not know that when ordering I would be subscribed to order from them monthly until my card declined their payment not once but twice at 2 in the morning. I had to block my card from accepting a charge from them. It does not tell you this when you review your order before check out. There is no address to contact just info@oviaessentials. You can't even get in to look at said subscription. Nor can you report this company to the better business bureau because you can't find an actual address for this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

0 stars should be an option. This “company” has shoddy business practices. Received email stating subscription would be processed soon. I responded with a cancelation request. No response. Emailed 2x after that. No response. Received notification that package shipped although no tracking info was available. THEN I received response stating cancelation had to be done via a special link. I’m disputing amount with bank. I will now send link to these reviews plus unanswered requests to cancel. This company is unethical. Stay away.

This flavored cutting mix tastes like water! I followed instructions for a week. I then realized, I had spent $68 for what to me, was plain water.
Well, within the 90 day window, actually, 14 days, I notified them of my dissatisfaction with their product, asking to return my 2 unopened canisters for a refund. Planning on roughly $46. They responded with an offer of $28.78. After some back and forth about their guarantee, their final offer was still $28.78.
If you rely on ‘guarantees’ before trying a new product, don’t bother with this one. They do not back it up.

Too bad I couldn't give this ZERO stars. This company is a total scam. My order was $52,93 and they only offered me 21.00, I couldn't use this stuff cause it made me sick, and my doctor told me to stop using it. I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered this crap.

SCAM!!!! Do not buy from this company. The powder does not mix and has zero taste. They say you will get a refund, but actually, you only get $28 back regardless of what it cost you. Yes the customer service is great before you buy it, but once they have you hooked, good luck!!!!

Do not order from these people. I ordered this product hoping I would like it and it would work from me. I got it in followed the product directions to make. This stuff made me gag and immediately sick to my stomach. I couldn't even finish it. When I contacted them about returning the product for refund because their site states you can put in for a full refund in the first 90 days, they told me they would give me less than half what I paid for the product back in a refund. I paid over $26 for it and they are only willing to give me $10 back for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous that they don't even follow their own policies listed on their website.

I can't give anything lower than a 1 star! The product is a scam and I wouldn't recommend it to my worse enemy (well maybe my worst enemy!)! You will NOT get any out of ordering except frustration. You will likely be setup w a subscription to which you will not need or even like. When you try and cancel you will NOT be able to get a live person. The phone goes direct to voicemail! Then you will need to email them. I sent email after email and you go into the queue of death before someone finally responds just to tell you that you need to go into some portal to remove your subscription... but they tell you it will take no time at all. First of all, they were sneaky with how they got you to get the subscription to begin with because i would never have done that knowingly. Then when you finally get in and have it cancelled you're told that oh you will get your next order etc... AFTER telling them i don't want the CRAP! SAVE YOURSELF the trouble!!!!

I can’t wait to try this product but so far the customer service has been top notch! Ordering was easy and the immediate outreach to answer questions was a nice touch. So many companies make you feel like a number as a consumer, that’s not what I’ve experienced and I hope the product is as god as the marketing. Cheers!

10/10 don't recommend. They say a money back guarantee if it doesn't work for you, but you will not get the full refund. After I ordered I found out I can't use the product as it will interact with my medications. I emailed them and explained that, I hadn't even gotten the products yet and they refused to give me my whole refund and for me to ship it back to them. They offered me$25 out of the $70 I spent on products that I can't use and could cause me serious harm if I take with my medications. So now I'm stuck with the products that I can't use and can't seem to get rid of. Just wanted everyone to know that you will not get a fun refund if something like this comes up or it doesn't work for you.

Horrible experience! Doesn't work like it is supposed too. I didnt think I had a subscription because i went into it and said I didn't? Then a week later it bills me 92.$$ I tried to dispute it, it wouldn't let me. I tried to contact them no response for almost 2 weeks then states I did have a subscription to click this link. The link is the same thing!!! Says I don't have a subscription and they won't cancel it??? I had to contact my bank and block the merchant. Buyers beware!!! This is a scam!!!
