Purchased a phone on their marketplace with regenerate Swindon and it is faulty. I've tried emailing and phoning both regenerate and own 4 less but none have replied. I tried to contact own 4 less to see if they could contact regenerate for me but they are ignoring my phone calls and emails. They are not bothered that I have a faulty product.

Minor issue, resolved. Happy with purchase. Excellent price.

Amazing I went into store and they didn’t have what I needed but the lovely staff helped me and told me about the website they have. They were really helpful and explained how to use their website. I ordered what I needed and it arrived earlier than I expected. The product was perfect and met all my expectations! 10/10 would recommend!

Disgraceful experience the store at own 4 less rutherglen cancelled and think just because they refunded me it’s resolved in no way is this resolved I got a email saying jt was ready to collect then later in the day they cancelled my order because I wasn’t happy with them email me in caps letters
