When I started my first course Advanced Diploma in Construction Level 5 I entered an an interview for a senior post for Marondera University for a post of Construction Supervisor and because of this certificate I got this job . The course improved me in managing construction projects in all areas including Human Resources Management , Procurement and Quality Management also meeting targets . Now that I have attained this Level 7 my contribution to the running of the projects will be immense .
