Have to agree with other - its not cotton at all, cheap polyester materials - customer service not great - still waiting to hear what they are going to do about false advertising. website clearly states 100% cotton inner and wax cotton outer.

Bought a flannel style shirt, cost $58 Aud. Its a piece of cheap crap. Its a $5 shirt at best from BigW or Kmart. Fkn rip off…stay clear.

Be careful they dont take returns. I ordered 2 different sized jackets and tried to return one. 12 different correspondences and they either ignored emails or promised resolution but never followed up. Sophie was not interested in refunding me or helping me return the jacket. Shady organization. (I did like the jacket I kept)

No response to request to return/exchange item.
Received the incorrect size - reported it via their online form.
A customer service rep got in touch to say someone else would be in touch for return/exchange info, but no one has bene in touch.
Have followed up 5 times so far and no response.

Item listed as "waxed cotton shell" but has "polyester shell" on the manufacturer tag. Don't bother with them!

Paid for items but not received after 4 weeks of waiting ...multiple emails but no chance of anything getting sorted..asked for help in locating order but nothing gets done..just get the runaround to start with and now no response to emails at all. Non existence service. Asked for refund ! Yet still no response.

I bought a shirt. It’s okay. I’m not complaining about the shirt. I bought the wrong size because they said of fittings are larger I bought a small but it’s.It’s too small for me. so I emailed Customer Supportfor an exchange but it seems they use a email bot to handle customer support because I’ve had the same email twice explaining that my order has to go to a certain department to be handled. Well it’s been over a week and a half and no replyfrom them!? They just give you the runaround and hope you’ll go away!! a I’ve tried several times to contact them through email again, but all you get is the same thing or they ignore you.
No customer support at all!!

Product is good but mine arrived water stained. They won't return emails and are avoiding me.Just want an exchange as its un wearable.

You cannot get a refund or return an item if it is the wrong size, or if there is a problem.

I have continually been asking for 7 full days now and nobody has told me how to request a refund or return an item.

Drop shipped garbage that doesn’t match the materials described. Do not reply to messages. AVOID

They will not respond to any attempt to make contact with them.
No replies to multiple emails. And don't reply on messenger either.
Impossible to discuss an order or return an item.

Very Poor Customer Service – No Response to Return Request

After receiving my order, I contacted the company to request a return as the item did not fit. I have now emailed them multiple times and received no response whatsoever.

Their website clearly states that returns must be arranged via email, yet they are not replying, leaving me with no way to follow their own process. There is also no alternative contact method provided.

At this stage, the lack of communication is extremely concerning and makes it difficult to trust the company. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when ordering.

The quality of garment was terrible and the fit was off. Attempted to return but they only accept unopened merchandise. How are you supposed to determine if it fits without opening the item? Contacted the company, they offered 50% refund but never received it. The whole thing is a scam.
