HBOT in Penrith
For years, I have struggled with psoriasis on my feet – constant itching, painful cracks and flare ups that even made walking uncomfortable. I tried countless creams and medication from the doctors, but nothing gave lasting relief.
Since starting oxygen therapy (HBOT), I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement. After the forth session the redness, skin tightness started to reduce. My skin now feels calmer and less irritated. The cracks have started to heal, and for the first time in a long while, my feet feel comfortable.
I’m so grateful to Heidi at OxyHealthCare in Penrith for introducing me to this treatment. I’m really happy with the results and would highly recommend!

Extremely caring and knowledgeable staff made for a relaxed experience.
I was a little anxious at first (maybe slightly claustrophobic) but both Kerry and Phil put us at ease and made sure we were Ok. Everything was explained and shown to us beforehand. Once I'd settled into the experience there was no need to worry, and I relaxed enough to daydream, read/write, and look at my phone - although I think in future I'll just use it as (no-phone) relaxed time. So far the main effect for me has been enhanced sleep, whilst for my friend it was reduced arthritic pain. Overall, we were very impressed with OxyHealthCare and if this kind of treatment is of interest to you - I can't imagine a better company to do it with.

Great experience
We visited for a taster session and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional, creating a safe and relaxing environment from the moment we arrived. My husband suffers from claustrophobia, but he was treated with great respect and understanding, which helped him feel at ease — and he even managed to go in. We’re very grateful for the supportive approach and would highly recommend them.

I recently visited Oxy Health Care in penrith and had a fantastic experience. The young lady who looked after me was beautiful inside and out—very welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and there was absolutely no pressure to book further sessions, which I really appreciated.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed my taster session and left feeling comfortable and well-informed. I will definitely be booking more sessions, as I’m hopeful they will help support my rheumatoid arthritis. Highly recommended. Thank you Rose xxx

From a medical background
From a medical background, I approached this with some scepticism ( but had been recommended by my chiropractor)! What a wonderful experience. From my initial chat with Gary who was so full of info and reassurance, to my visit to the centre, I felt reassured and looked after. There was no hard sell for future treatments, simply advice on how to move forward. I did not expect a miracle cure for my post concussion, but I did get a feeling of well being and a lightness I had not had. Going back next week! And already looking forward to it. Thank you Gary! You made and old sceptic very happy.

First session in the soft cell
Couldn't fault the attentiveness and knowledge of the staff on my first day (and watching as they support and encourage others) ensuring rest and water after a session.
I loved engaging with a couple of clients who shared their (and family) positive experiences.
My reason for visiting is to improve my general wellbeing (menopausal and mold toxicity...symptoms very similar)
My first session left my knees and hips 'fizzing' (usually dull aches and pains of the meno symptoms)
I felt a little tired but after a couple of hours later found myself more energised and no aches walking the dog up our usual hill (it's only small too).
It's early days so I will update after my sessions (6) I'm looking forward to the end result.

I have had an excellent experience so…
I have had an excellent experience so far at Oxyhealthcare in chesterfield. The staff are extremely caring and look after you every step of the way. I have my last session on the soft shell today and have defiantly felt a difference. I am continuing my journey in the hard shell for six session where hopefully my recovery will carry on.
