Vuelvo a copiar el comentario puesto que tienen la poca vergüenza de borrarlo encima que se quedaron con mi dinero, siendo una cancelación suya, y sin contestar a un solo correo.
Quedarse con el dinero de una persona a la que no se le prestó el servicio sin devolverlo, y sin contestar al correo ni hacer por devolver el importe, sólo tiene un nombre... Y quedaréis denunciados como tal.

Horrible. Compré dos billetes con tiempo para Octubre, y el día antes nos dejaron tirados. Para colmo, no me devolvieron el dinero. Hemos enviado varios correos, y no nos han contestado a ninguno. Un mes después, seguimos sin tener señales de ellos. Una vergüenza. A eso se le llama estafa.

Had a perfect experience with this…

Had a perfect experience with this transfer company. Was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but had no need to be as they were on time for both transfers and drivers were friendly and helpful. Provided car seats if needed. Communication from drivers on WhatsApp was great. Thank you for making our trip stress free!

Intenté cancelar con anticipación una reserva y no hubo manera. Por la página no se podía, así que mandé varios correos electrónicos, sin tener respuesta. Incluso me comuniqué con el conductor avisando que quería cancelar. Nunca hubo respuesta hasta que me mandaron un correo calificando como No Show y que por esa razón no se podía hacer ninguna reembolso. Intenté cancelar con anticipación una reserva y no hubo manera. Por la página no se podía, así que mandé varios correos electrónicos, sin tener respuesta. Incluso me comuniqué con el conductor avisando que quería cancelar. Nunca hubo respuesta hasta que me mandaron un correo calificando como No Show y que por esa razón no se podía hacer ninguna reembolso. Después recibí un correo con información confusa sobre las razones por las cuales no me querían hacer el reembolso. Les pedí que me aclararan la información de dicho correo y me contestaron:
“Para evitar recibir respuestas traducidas con texto "mediocre", debe comunicarse en el idioma del país que visita. De lo contrario, el idioma internacional adoptado en turismo es el inglés. Debería escribir al menos en inglés para evitar el riesgo de recibir mensajes "mediocres".”
Nótese que en ningún momento utilicé la palabra “mediocre”, solo que la información parecía estar redactada a partir de una mala traducción o con IA. Así que les aconsejo que no cometan el mismo error que yo y que se comuniquen con ellos en inglés, como ellos mismos lo solicitan, a fin de evitar malentendidos.

La cancelación es posible a través de nuestros canales de comunicación habituales, por correo electrónico, pero bajo ciertas condiciones, como ocurre en cualquier servicio de viajes (vuelos, hoteles, etc.).

Revisaremos su caso y las condiciones y nos pondremos en contacto con usted lo antes posible. El correo explicativo que recibió se envía en casos específicos como este, y es la primera vez que recibimos un comentario que resulta confuso al respecto.

En cualquier caso, tomamos muy en serio sus comentarios y le responderemos con las aclaraciones correspondientes.

Trajet réservé 10 jours à l’avance, annulé 3 jours avant le voyage par simple mail, m’informant que la navette entière était supprimée pour une raison inconnue.
Ils ont même la « gentillesse » de préciser que nous avons, je cite, « amplement le temps de trouver une autre solution », alors qu’il serait plutôt de leur responsabilité d’en trouver une !
Ne comptez pas sur eux, prévoyez un plan B !!!
Et au vu des nombreux commentaires désastreux, je constate que je suis loin d’être la seule à avoir vécu cette situation.

Toutefois, nous tenons à préciser que l’annulation 3 jours avant le départ correspond au standard du secteur pour ce type de service. Ce délai est amplement suffisant pour que nos clients puissent trouver non pas une, mais plusieurs alternatives de transfert. Annuler un service dans ce délai est préférable à fournir un service de qualité inférieure.

Contrairement à ce que vous suggérez, aucune entreprise de transport, ni compagnie aérienne ou prestataire de services similaires, n’est tenue de proposer une alternative en cas d’annulation. Nous ne faisons pas d’affiliation avec d’autres services pour garantir des solutions automatiques. Cependant, une petite recherche permet généralement de trouver plusieurs alternatives fiables.

Pour information, notre note sur Google est actuellement de 4,4 sur 386 avis, ce qui est au-dessus de la moyenne du secteur. Sur TripAdvisor, notre score est de 3,6, ce qui correspond à la norme dans ce secteur. Nous recevons naturellement des avis négatifs comme tout prestataire sérieux, et tous les avis que nous recevons sont authentiques et non achetés.

Cancelacion repentina

Me han cancelado el transfer por razones operativas 3 dias antes del servicio, no me han dado mas explicaciones y no me han dado alternativa.

El acceso desde Serris a Beauveaus no es especialmente fácil, y menos algo con tan poco margen.

Nos toca contratar un servicio privado que nos cuesta el triple y el vuelo de regreso lo elegimos desde este aeropuerto ya que con el transfer valia la pena, ahora nos hubiera sido mas cómodo y barato desde otro.

Me parece fatal este tipo de cancelaciones especialmente por no aportar soluciones.

Desde luego no lo recomiendo.

Lamentamos profundamente que haya experimentado esta situación. Entendemos que un cambio inesperado pueda generar incomodidad. Sin embargo, tal como menciona, la cancelación se realizó con 3 días de antelación, lo que en los estándares del sector es un margen suficiente para reorganizar un traslado o encontrar alternativas, incluso para vuelos u hoteles.

En nuestro sector, no estamos obligados a ofrecer soluciones a través de empresas competidoras, pero si se hubiera puesto en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente, con gusto le habríamos orientado para encontrar la mejor opción disponible.

La razón de la cancelación fue estrictamente operativa y totalmente verídica; como sucede en todo el ámbito de los viajes y transfers, en ocasiones surgen imprevistos inevitables.

Esperamos que en el futuro podamos atenderle nuevamente y brindarle la experiencia positiva que buscamos ofrecer a todos nuestros clientes. Valoramos su franqueza al describir los hechos.

This was the worst travel experience I've ever had.
I booked a transfer with Ozeroute from Beauvais Airport to KI Space Hotel. As required by their terms and conditions, I notified them in advance that my flight was delayed and requested that the driver wait. Despite this, when I arrived at the airport at 11:15 PM, no driver was there to meet me.
I was left stranded late at night in an unfamiliar location with two young children under the age of 5. I repeatedly called both the driver and the office but received no response. I was distressed and stuck 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the hotel, with no local currency or help.
The following day, I emailed Ozeroute. They initially asked for proof of the notification email, which I provided — including a screenshot and forwarded copy. They then claimed they couldn’t locate the email and ultimately refused to issue a refund. Also, claiming my email was fraudulent.
In total, I lost £120 on the original transfer and had to pay an additional €180 for a last-minute taxi. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Do not use this company. They do not honour their own terms, offer no support in emergencies, and take no accountability.

Your repeated justification and attitude via email have been unprofessional and unhelpful. Claiming that you offered a discount of around 10%, while I ultimately paid £240 to your company, is a poor example of customer service. Furthermore, calling a paying customer a liar confirms what many others have reported: this is an unreliable company that will leave two children under the age of five stranded in an unfamiliar area without taking due diligence—yet will gladly take the money.

I would like to reiterate the same explanation that my colleagues have already shared with you by e-mail, in case you have not had the opportunity to read it.

Our technical team has confirmed what we previously stated: no e-mail from you was received on our mail server at the time you mentioned. This is not due to a human oversight, but rather a technical issue with the transfer of the e-mail you sent, as well as with the screenshot you provided.

As explained, the shuttle did depart on time from Beauvais Airport. You attempted to contact the driver while he was already en route to Disneyland Paris with the other passengers. Our shuttle service is an economical service (to which a commercial discount had been applied for you), but its organization is strict — as you may have noticed during your return journey.

Our internal communication system is rigorous, and we do everything possible to comply with our terms and conditions.

We sincerely regret not having been able to assist you for your outbound trip, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better circumstances.

I found Oze Route online while planning…

I found Oze Route online while planning my trip to Paris and decided to book a transfer from BVA airport to Disneyland Paris with them. It was such a great surprise! The driver was incredibly polite and punctual, and the car was in perfect condition. As my family was arriving the next day, I contacted them again to check if they could provide a private transfer for a group of five, and they did! Communication was excellent, they provided child seats as requested, and everything went smoothly. We ended up using their services several times during our trip: from Disneyland Paris to the city center, and later from the city center back to BVA airport. We were a group of 8, and the cost made total sense, almost the same as paying for public transport for each person, but with way more comfort and convenience. They were always at the pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Even when I made a mistake with one of the bookings, they were super helpful and flexible, adjusting it even after payment.

Highly recommended: reliable, kind, professional and fairly priced. I’ll definitely book with them again!

I strongly recommend avoiding Ozeroute…

I strongly recommend avoiding Ozeroute shuttles in Paris, France! Oze shuttles left us stranded and we nearly missed our flight. We purchased tickets several hours ahead, and they sent us both a confirmation email and tickets, and charged our credit card - then when we later called because they were late, the claimed they had cancelled our tickets because of a so-called bug in their system. They didn't even send us a text or Whatsapp about the last minute cancellation. Their marketing says they can be used for same day bookings, but do not believe it. Rude and unreliable. Do not use the Ozeroute shuttle.

Remember phone numbers!

We had a slight issue with our booking due to not receiving communication about phone numbers required in booking. Cedric was great and although our booking was cancelled due to no phone number entered, he was able to get another bus for us to get to our destination. Great customer service. Please make sure your phone number is in your booking as they will cancel if not and you may not have someone as great as Cedric to help you!
