Having used Hasbean for 2 years I can definitely recommended. The coffee on offer is superb and always roasted to order for maximum freshness. Brilliant customer services as well as very prompt delivery. 10/10

Hasbean is an example of how all companies should be run... in 5 years ordering from them, pretty much monthly, I can't fault a single order. Every time, the most delicious coffee has arrived bang on time. (Ok, so there was once that Royal Mail lost a package- but hey- it's Royal Mail- what do we expect? And in that case- Hasbean resent my order immediately.)

I would suggest that all the CEOs of all large crap companies such as BT, Virgin media, British Gas, NPower- actually all the energy companies- should be sent to Hasbean as trainees, to learn how a company should be run.
Hasbean know how to do customer service, always there with a prompt reply and friendly mail if you need it.
With light hearted mails and videos, they seem to generate customer engagement and loyalty which, at least in my case, has become slightly obsessive. I won't buy coffee from anyone else.

But mainly- they know their product and sell the best. With every bag of coffee, you not only know what variety it is and how it was processed- you know the name of the farmer it came from. It's like fairtrade, but without all the sanctimonious bleating about it.

I have seen on a couple of forums that their coffees are not to everyone's taste, but those comments are usually from people who enjoy Starbucks one-note, throat-burning, cremated blend. Hasbean coffees are roasted to bring out subtle and complex flavours. Every coffee I've bought from them has been delicious, but some have been outstanding- and I'm not sharing my tips on which they are, because stocks are always limited and I don't want them to sell out.

I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I have been using HasBean for about 10 years now and I can honestly say I have never had a bad bag from them. HasBean have a great variety of coffee in from all over the globe. The team do a great job of sourcing incredible coffee and appear to support honest, fair and traceable supplies rather than any dodgy dealings and leaving people short. The subscription service, 'In My Mug' is a wonderful and informative coffee sub with regular videos and info on the bags you are receiving. Super easy to sign up and cancel as well. The customer service has always been really good, very polite and professional with swift resolutions. The equipment shop has a wide variety of items from brewing gear to merch to informative books on coffee. Honestly, the only negative thing I can say about HasBean is that they are so good you end up getting attached and missing out on lots of other local roasters because the results are always so tasty and consistent, why shop anywhere else! Couldn't recommend them enough.

I have been buying regularly from Has Bean for years. Their coffee is always superb, their communication excellent, and delivery fast. They have a amazing variety of quality coffee and, more than anything, it is clear the team care deeply about the coffee and the farmers who produce it.

I believe I have found 'the' coffee roasting company. The website is brilliant giving you lots of information about the process and the coffee.
My order included a hand coffee grinder as I have only ever bought commercial ground coffee in the past. Following the instructions on the website I have ground my coffee to use in my French press and weighed correctly... my 1st cup I have to say was the best tasting coffee I have had for a long time....

I placed my order late on Sunday night, the bad boys were roasted to order on Monday morning and in the post by lunchtime, arriving at my door on Tuesday. Cant fault the service and the beans are damn good too.

While Royal Mail are backed up and my deliveries are delayed by almost a month, Hasbean have provided amazing customer service in resending my items multiple times, now trying a third delivery via a different courier.

As my items were only sent today I obviously haven't yet received them, but I can't fault Hasbean at all and would definitely use them again :)

I have been using HasBean, probably for about 5 years consistently now. They are simply amazing! The best coffee you will find on the planet. I used to use them for good quality coffee for my coffee press machine I used to have, then I bought a barista sage and now religiously use them for coffee beans for my machine. I love how each review of the coffee gives a really good description of how the coffee will taste and it has always been pretty accurate. I also love how they provide details of the grower and often their families so you can see exactly whose beans you have bought. Their delivery could be a bit faster, but I really don't mind as I know I am getting freshly roasted beans.

So I was a loyal customer from HasBean's early days until 2014, when I moved to Australia - Melbourne - great coffee there too! Have just returned to the UK and one of the first things I did was reactivate my HasBean account and order four bags in anticipation of my beloved coffee machine arriving by container this week together with all our other stuff. Delighted HasBean is still around and going strong - and happy to recommence buying the best coffee in the land!

Just getting to the bottom of our first of two bags of coffee, and very impressed. So impressed, we've just taken out an annual subscription - a bag a week.

Particularly good to see much more variety of regions, 3 from Asia, 2 from Africa and 22 from the Americas as I write and hopefully some new ones soon too.

Would be good to see the only European coffee plantation on the list too - San Pedro, Gran Canaria ;)

Consistently beautiful coffee & a great choice available

Ordered just after the Christmas delivery cutoff on 23 Dec, but my order was still dispatched on 23rd and arrived on 24th, thank you!

The coffee itself is always excellent with loads of interesting flavours rather than being roasted to a crisp.

I was in Edinburgh with my (now) wife, when I went into a coffeehouse (BrewLab) and noticed that they used a brand with a quirky name, “hasbean.” The coffee was so great that I decided to give them a try when back in London.

That was in 2014 and I have been a loyal customer since. I have changed flats and coffee machines, yet the beans remain the same...hasbean.

Not only is the coffee really good and well priced, the customer service is also top notch - whenever I had any issues with delivery (happened only twice in 6 years: once my fault, and the other Royal Mail’s) they would overnight a replacement no questions asked. (Sneaky) Steve’s emails are also a big plus.

Hasbean is one of my favourite businesses ever (really not an exaggeration.) They provide an amazing service and product and they have always been very consistent.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a new supplier of quality coffee (or not.)

The delivery was fast even before xmas and I have received the items well packed and undamaged. The drinking chocolate is a family favourite now.

The service is always prompt and efficient, letting you know each step of the delivery. I love the variety and quality of the coffees and personally see them as good value for the quality you receive. Love them!

I had Hasbean coffee way back and loved it. Since then been very disappointed with other coffees. (Shop ceased selling it).

I have been buying my coffee from Hasbean since 2012 with a "surprise" subscription coffee every month along with 2 or 3 top bags from their offerings. The service is always great and the very few support issues immediately sorted out.
The coffees are always top quality ( the odd one not to my taste but far and few between) and always a great selection. And as for my favourite ... I'm not saying but i've just ordered two bags the moment it came back into stock this year!

I've been buying from HasBean for years, since the operation was much smaller, and you got the name of whoever packed your coffee printed on the bag. Despite now being a much bigger operation than back in those days, the service level has never dropped one inch.

Steve may not answer all the emails nowadays, but his team give exceptional service and the coffee is just a million miles better than you'll get anywhere else. Does that mean there might be a premium to pay? In some instances yes, but not all. And nobody should ever have to apologise for the fact that quality costs. If you're serious about coffee, HasBean are the only game in town. I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough.
