Postage
First problem was paying for priority postage and not receiving it in specified time due to Dangerous Goods rules. Was reimbursed immediately. The lighter I received was not as pictured.

hands down best Aussie company going..
this company is one of the best ever. there customer service is second to none.. i had a issue with what i bought from them they contacted me installly and corrected this and went up and beyond. i will be back to buy and ill recommend them to friends and family..
