Oztix doesn't give full refunds on CANCELLED events. Keeps a portion and doesn't give it back, they claim those services are not part of the ticket and can only refund the base amount. $24 is yet to b... Ver mais

EVEN WORSE THAN TICKETMASTER
Accidentally booked the wrong venue for a touring gig. Messaged straight away to ask for a refund or to change the ticket. They said they couldn't do either. ABsolutely useless.
Rather than help me, and still make the same amount of money, they fobbed me off. Absolute scammers.

I forgot to changed the registered post option and quickly gave them a call. The customer service told me no problem and to email them. I get an email two days later telling me it's too late and it can't be done. Who still prints and sends tickets? Get with the times and why does it take two days to read an email? After sending an email with a complaint, they rectified the problem. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the great customer service and fixing the issue.

Access to tickets

You need to have. A section online and on the app where we can access and locate our tickets if something goes wrong like getting a new phone or email. I have just emailed the company as i have lost my tickets while getting a new phone and email and I can't access my tickets now. You say you open at set times and when we email you you give us a reply email stating were out of office hours when clearly where not.

Absolutely do not use this company.
I always thought they were reputable. Paid $90 for two tickets and I paid an extra $10 for ‘extra cover’.
Something has come up with my family and I cannot make it.
The extra cover is by XCover,
You have to submit a ‘claim’ to get a refund. Two weeks out and I just get redirection of redirection after redirection.
One of their staff said that a family emergency with my children is not important enough and not covered in the t&c

Dodgy company

Dodgy company. Simply just don't ever use them.
Refused to refund a wrong ticket purchased immediately after within 5 minutes of mistake. Went to their office in Brisbane and they said they would be in contact with me and once they got rid of me I never heard from them again.

Refund refusal

The event was cancelled, with the possibility of a postponement advised. (This is most unlikely as the artist has withdrawn from performing due to cancer treatment). In any event, repeated requests for a refund are being stonewalled. I would strongly advise against using Oztix for any ticket purchases. They are dishonest; no better than scammers.

Poor Refund Handling and No Response to Follow-Up

I reached out to Oztix within minutes of placing an order to request a cancellation and refund — including the postage, which I did not knowingly agree to. Despite this, they refused the refund.

Worse still, I followed up with a clear and reasonable request, and they haven’t even responded. It’s disappointing to see a company take money for a service not wanted or used, then go silent when challenged.

The checkout process is also misleading - where you have ticket delivery selected by default...

I’ve now had to escalate the issue with my bank. Avoid if you value transparency and basic customer service

Doesn't give full refunds

Oztix doesn't give full refunds on CANCELLED events. Keeps a portion and doesn't give it back, they claim those services are not part of the ticket and can only refund the base amount. $24 is yet to be refunded meanwhile sites like Ticketek refund every cent when events are cancelled. Absolutely horrible.

I had such a good experience with Oztix

I had such a good experience with Oztix. I had a family tragedy, meaning I could no longer attend the event I had tickets for, and the customer service staff were so lovely and helpful. Shout out to Cristy who went above and beyond to help me out. Truly a gem of a person. These guys are sooooo much better than Ticketmaster and I highly recommend buying tickets through them. Thanks Oztix for making my awful family situation so much easier.

Extremely rude staff.

Extremely rude staff.
I applied for a job with them and had a very rude third party recruiter call me.
I contacted the client to give feedback on how offputting he was and spoke to two rude staff Colin and Ben who were equally condescending, argumentative and obstructive in trying to convey this to their HR.
The first one kept talking over me, giving impractical unsolicited advice then terminated my call- very classy.
The second one also spoke over me several times and I was forced to terminate the call on him.
Looking at their reviews, they aren’t pleasant to deal with in any capacity.
This company sounds like cancer and only hires cancer attitudes.
Utterly faceless, lacking in professionalism and empathy and a devil may care attitude.

Oztix Falsey advertise, scam and ignore customer support claims

If i could leave less stars i would, Not only did oztix falsely advertise for the pandemonium rocks festival after 13 acts were reduced to 6, venue changed and stages slashed and they advertised the full lineup, they also have some of the most disgusting and horrible customer support I've ever experienced. Countless times i contacted oztix through email and social media to only occasionally receive a copy and paste response from a bot and the rare occasion that i got in contact with a human i was swiftly ignored after providing evidence of my claims. i have since opened cases with appropriate authorities to hopefully end this misconduct. if you are considering purchasing a ticket maybe reconsider and good luck.

TERRIBLE WITH REFUNDS!

2nd January-I bought 4 tickets to maximum 80's in kryal castle, they cancelled the event and then rescheduled to another date that I couldn't make.
I paid $395.80 and was only receiving $355.00 refund. They place a booking and handling fee on each ticket so if a refund is required you will be left out of pocket 10% on each ticket. I'm left out of pocket $40 for an event that stuffed us around!
From the emails and other reviews of this agency, they seem to cancel or postpone often, 2 other events were cancelled at the same time.
I won't be booking through this agency again. Disgraceful!
Update 5th January- Do not book with this company! I am so disgraced of the handling of this company in regards to the refund  policy. I have been waiting since start of December for a refund due to concert being cancelled or postponed. Finally the 27th of December  I was acknowledged of receiving a refund and told to wait 15 days. Now, 5th January, I receive an email to say that the refund process has changed and now need to supply bank details. I will need to wait another 10 to 15 days. Still not getting the original amount that I paid back. $40 out of pocket. Disgraceful, seeing we are the ones being messed around and did not change the concert, no loyalty to the customers!

Won't issue full refunds for cancelled or postponed events.

I can't believe @oztix are not fully refunding tickets for the postponed Sydney Dragway event from last weekend. I emailed Oztix directly requesting a full refund and a certain member of their so called "Customer Care Team", was very rude in denying my request. Very poor form Oztix, never again.
