Good times, good times!

As a UK buyer, I read lots of reviews from ordering from Ozzie Collectibles. I was a bit hesitant from a few of them but my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. :)

I only had to wait 10 days for my order to arrive (or 9 if I had been available for the original delivery date). For reference, I ordered on the 12th and delivery was scheduled for the 21st. Nobody was going to be home so I rescheduled the delivery for next day with no issues.

When they arrived, I was super happy with my purchase. The pops I ordered all came in protectors and the box was padded with newspaper (I appreciate the recycling!). All of the pops arrived in perfect condition and I can't wait to receive my pre-orders when they are released. I'll definitely be buying from Ozzie again in the future, everything is reasonably priced, they package with care and they ship quickly. 10/10.

After reading some reviews between here and Google I was a bit cautious ordering from here as I was offering a Funko to come from Australia all the way to the UK. I saw a couple reviews that said the item hadn’t come at all or that the item took so long to come and some that were damaged when they arrived.

Regardless, I ordered the item as it was a very good price and something I desperately wanted. It did take a couple weeks to get here and be dispatched. However, the item came and was fantastically and securely packed and safe. It came in absolutely perfect condition and even came with a Pop protector which is always a sign of a good business and is always appreciated. Apart from the time it took I can’t fault Ozzie Collectibles and will definitely be ordering from them again!

All my pops always come in protective cases, packages so damn well & they always come perfectly on time! Could not be happier honestly. They always have the new releases primed and ready to go! Fast shipping and amazing customer service.

A good experience, my order for an exclusive pop (Ichigo Final Getsuga) arrived on time and earlier than I expected. It was at a decent price as well. I recommend.

Easy to order and delivery was quick from Australia to the UK. The item I bought was safely packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Will definitely be using Ozzie again.

Always great packaging and arrives earlier than expected. Only concern is the processing time. Could definitely be improved there but overall, wonderful experience!

The level of quick communication really enhances the experience. They are always quick to respond to questions and shipping is quick.

First time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again no problems with shipping to the uk product was well protected. The only problem I had is I can’t buy more because there out of stock but I will be definitely using Ozzie collectibles again

I been shopping with ozzie for over 5 years I had point on my account that can be used to spin the wheel for a prize I went and brought $10 and got two prizes then spent $5 of points to top up my account so my brother could have a spin and i thought the point didn't come to my account so I rang to see what happened turned out my brother hit a button to transfer the points in to a credit by accident and not to spin the wheel which is fine the lady offer a credit and should of been done and sorted but then she stared being passive aggressive to me and treating me like an child so I sent a message to the business saying I wasn't to please the way I was treated I then get a message saying that iv been abusive and might lose my account when I hadn't swore or even raised my voice. she then never send said credit and now my winnings that won are in limbo and hasn't been sent please work on the customer service as it's a bad look on the whole company for one arrogant person additude I will now be fining a new place to take my business which makes me quite sad since quantum went out of business ozzie were the only place I really trusted

Paid for an item on the 13th of December, it took 10 days for it to even be invoiced and sent to the warehouse for "picking and packing". No updated received until I contacted them on 4th January about there being no update. It's not until the 5th tha I received any response and get told that my order would not have been shipped because of a break over Christmas - at no point was this communicated.

Customer support just claim that my item will be shipped "in the next few days", meaning that it would have been near on a month by the time my item is even sent. They also claim 24/7 customer support on their Facebook advertising, but take 10 hours to respond?

Definitely a very poor effort and non-existent communication from the company. Buy elsewhere if you want your items in any reasonable timeframe
