False tacking information. The package never arrived even after the show delivered. I filed a fraudulent claim and got my money back but they have my information. Stay away! I can’t believe YouTube allows them to advertise their scam on their app.

Same here! After over a month it suddenly says delivered. Never got it! Contacted them through email and they said it was delivered check with your neighbor? I asked what carrier delivered it but they gave no information. They offered to resend it but I had to type “Yes, agree to reship” Probably another scam! I contacted my credit card company and filed a scam claim!

Ordered from package apparel. As stated in their ad "it came so quickly". When ordering, where putting in your personal info, it also states that "items arrive in 3-5 days". I even left a tip up front for their "dock help" as requested on their billing site and ordered. The company then sent a link to a questionable app, you have to download, to be able to search where the item was. No info of who my box was ever shipped through (ups,USPO,FedEx, and etc...) was ever provided. I used another third party website to find the ship info. All that was provided was a date, time, and city, always referring only in some distribution somewhere. Even the copy of what they had was identical to the website I used (17track).The company apologized for the delay in customs but by their own submissions it appears it spent more time around my area for much longer than customs. After waiting a month I open the app at 8:30 am in the morning to the app showing it was delivered later the same day? How can this be? Waste of time and money. While not much Im sure this scam has brought these vile people allot of funds from so many unexpecting people. If you trust Temu they also have the same exact ad and same clothes at even lower prices.

Bought 16 pairs of pants for $35. Waited 5 weeks for my package tracking # to say it was delivered. However, there was never a package. Horrible customer service, you can't get a hold of anyone.

I would give no stars..first of all they charged me for 2 to 3 day shipping .my order which I tried to keep track to q month to get my area supposedly..when my status showed delivered I went to grab it from my porch but there was nothing there...it's all fake you will not get your order.DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE ASSHOLES

I actually placed an order with Package Apparel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I came across their advertisements on YouTube and decided to place an order on October 2nd for $33.59, but **I never received my merchandise.** After several emails back and forth with the company, I still had no product and no satisfactory resolution. Eventually, I had to contact my bank and file a dispute to recover my money.

I also expressed concerns about possible unauthorized charges to my card in the future. However, my bank reassured me that there was no reason to worry since there had been no suspicious activity on my account beyond the issue with this purchase.

What concerns me most is that **this company continues to advertise on YouTube**, potentially attracting more unsuspecting customers.

Judging by the experiences others have shared in this thread, **this seems to be a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident.** I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. Save yourself the frustration, the headache, and the trouble of having to fight to get your own money back.

This is the biggest scam ever. Do not buy!!! This company advertises on YouTube. They say your package is delivered. You get nothing. There is no way to reach them. Scam.

I placed an order with packageapparelco on 9/24/26 and still have not received it as 10/23/26. When I contacted the company they said that the package was delivered and to check around my neighborhood to see it someone else received it. Are you kidding me?? This company is a complete SCAM. Do not place an order with this company!!!

So, here is the issue, at least for me. First off, I should have listened to my wife… she was right! A total scam! Second YouTube should be ashamed for letting packageapparel.com advertise on their site… it’sbegging to be you can’t trust anyone on YouTube as advertisers…. Package apparel will not respond to emails or their website chat room. They sent a bogus tracking number that doesn’t match any delivery service. I’m out $35 and no pants as of Oct 21, 2026. They advertise as a product made in the USA…. all lies… keep your hard money and boycott advertisers on YouTube!! You can’t trust them!!!
