Had to pay a $5 fee because of a late package. When I tried to pay, with 3 different cards, their payment system didn’t work and kept giving me errors. Now my account is disabled and I can’t seem to fix it since none of the payment options work.

Garbage.

Garbage.. they send me notifications and emails saying that I received a package (which I did) and I scan the barcode generated by them to open it and the system tells me that I have no packages. Then call support and it tells me 55 minute wait expected… it’s been over two hours… the lady was pleasant the one time I spoke with them before but the company is garbage. Poor management. Poor leadership. Poor infrastructure.

Myriam is the best!!!

Myriam was very kind and tried multiple options to get a stuck locker open remotely until we successfully got it open, and worked quickly since it was below freezing out!
