Had a phenomenal experience with Package Penguin. Placed a large order of over 2 dozen packages. PP was friendly, responsive, gave us a very fair price, and made sure all the boxes reached our students in record time! I was pleased with the process of being able to choose my own items for the gift box. As far as I know the recipient received what I ordered. A bit disappointed with delivery date. I requested Valentine’s Day, was told it would be that day but then got a notice that it would be on the 15th. Otherwise, a good experience. I would order again.

My partner never received their package. I emailed them multiple times, no answer. I called them, no answer. I demanded a refund and still NO ANSWER

I found this website by accident and I am so glad that I did. Our son is in Hawaii on an internship and to send a package from Canada was $50 just in shipping. Here I customized our package, he got lots of items and the price was just under $60 with our exchange. The prompt replies to my emails were amazing and it was delivered in 3 business days!! We watched him open it by video chat and he loved it. I would highly recommend these packages and the little freebies added in were a great and thoughtful touch!!! Can't say enough good things about this company. 👍
