I had unsubscribed long back & recently got charged to my account for premium membership charges. It's a big scam !!!

I am being scammed out of money. I cancelled my credit card and have tried to find out how to contact Paidwings…Julia🙄!! I unsubscribed and I thought closed the account. They are still harassing me for money. I have not used the system and the ironic thing is they say they will reinstate my account😂😂 so why reinstate?? Does that mean it has been closed??
How can I stop these parasites, scammers pursuing me. Total they outstanding is £138 now.

Eine kriminelle Unternehmung die nur auf Abzocke aus ist mit Internetseiten die absolute Fakes sind und nur zur Abbuchung dienen. Weder eine 14 tägige Rücktrittsangabe ist dabei noch eine ordentliche Korrespondenz, alles wird vertuscht und schwer zugänglich gemacht. Ich empfehle nur sofort anzeigen!!!

Has anyone been sued in court over this? I am also being chased after signing up to a 3 month free subscription and then didn’t again look at it. Then started seeing threatening emails from a collection agency. Tried to pay off the amount using the credit card but it keeps being declined. Both the collection agency and paidwings want bank transfers. Has anyone been successfully taken to court?

I've tried canceling my subscription over a year ago, but they make it difficult to unsubscribe..Every month they keep taking $67 Au from my bank still..How do I stop this from happening further?

Keep harrassing me for money. I only looked at the site for 24 hours. Shocking

Fakeprofile und Ein-klick Vertragsabschluss bis zur Abofalle. Das nachgeschaltete Inkassobüro und die Anwaltskanzlei sind dann die Geldmaschinen die Ihre Kunden dann vor den Kopf Stoßen mit unverschämten Forderungen. Wie kann es sein, dass sowas am Markt überlebt. Denen sollte man Anonymus mal auf den Hals hetzen!

Aus einer dummen Idee habe ich mich tatsächlich auf einer von paidwings betriebenen Website angemeldet. Mit haben direkt dutzende Fake Profile geschrieben, die mich auf andere Websites leiten wollten. Ich habe mein Profil dann unverzüglich gelöscht.

Nun erhalte ich Mahnungsaufforderungen für ein Profil, dass gar nicht mehr existiert. Es wird natürlich direkt mit Inkasso gedroht.

FINGER WEG! HIER GIBT ES NUR ÄRGER UND KEINE LEISTUNG!!

Total scammers, i have never used one of their services and has taken 1000s of dollars from my account, i am hiring an international lawyer at present.

I have booked a flight to visit their office and confront them as well.

I need some advice as I’ve been threatened to pay Paidwings despite the fact I haven’t paid for anything on a dating website, I’m not sure if this is legitimate as they are threatening me with debt collectors

On 31/08/22 after signing up for a "free trial" I was presented with a request to authorise a payment of £104.70.

This was an unexpected amount, so I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS TRANSACTION, and immediately cancelled the "free trial" and closed the account.

But I have now discovered that they made an unauthorised charge on my Credit Card for this amount, and will have to get my bank to refund it.

The site, of course, turned out to be a complete scam.

Do you think you're going to do yourselves any good by blustering and trying to justify your dishonest conduct, as though you're an ethical, responsible business?

No answer to my point about the site being a scam, I see. You're wise not to dispute it, because that's your whole business model, isn't it?

And yes, I have ordered lots of goods and services online - but not one of those suppliers has ever charged my credit card without my authorisation. Not until you - Paidwings Ag - got hold of my credit card number. It's clear from the other reviews that that's part of your business model, too. You knew exactly what you were doing.

And I don't need any help from your unresponsive and irresponsible "support" to find a quick and uncomplicated solution. I've already done it by cancelling my credit card.

Merci de passer par une société de recouvrement agréé et légal en Suisse. Cela se finirait devant un tribunal et j'aurais gain de cause.

Jetez immédiatement à la corbeille tous les courriers électroniques ou lettres vous menaçant d’une saisie en lien avec les abonnements pièges susmentionnés.
Ne réglez jamais les factures reçues en lien avec les abonnements pièges susmentionnés, même si vous êtes menacés d’une saisie. Il convient de relever à cet égard que les saisies ressortissent des compétences de l’État et que leur exécution incombe aux offices des poursuites. En Suisse, les privés ou les sociétés ne peuvent pas procéder à des saisies.

Suite à mes différentes recherches, il en va de soit que vos pratiques ne sont pas légales.
Voici un exemple parmi tant d'autres. D'où le fait que vous passiez par des sociétés douteuses et connues en Allemagne pour de tel démarchage.

Je suis maintenant en contact avec le cabinet d'avocat suite à ma demande à ma protection juridique. Merci d'envoyer toute information ou autre par courrier recommandé car je ne répondrai plus à rien.

De plus, je peux porter plainte pour envoi de mes données à des tiers. (GDPR) sans mon autorisation. De quel droit envoyez-vous mes informations et photos à des sociétés en Allemagne ?

Si je devais donner suite, je ferais tout ce qui est en m'en pouvoir pour que ceci ne se reproduise plus, j'irais jusqu'à une réclamation directement à Bern pour pratique déloyale à votre égard:

La demande de résiliation de compte avait été faite par fax et la demande de suppression de compte avait été faite par email. (Voir mail joint).

Il en va de soit que JAMAIS je ne paierais et je ne me laisserais pas faire par de telles pratiques, vous pouvez donc leur dire d'arrêter leur manège.
Si je reçois encore des relances ou autres de ce type, je porterais plainte contre Paidwings AG et le document est prêt pour être envoyé à la SECO.

Scam company, signed me up to a fake dating site then tried to threaten me with some German law firm over me not paying a months subscription after I cancelled my card because there is no option to cancel and they continued to take money for 3 months and I had no other option.
I find myself laughing at the threatening emails they send me over a 38 euro bill .. apparently the German legal firm have a jurisdiction to take this money.

Hi I recently subscribed to your dating site that was advertised I deposited £100 for 3 months for the use of to find a partner no joy as I tried yo login into the site it would not let me plus I couldn't see any detail of the site so iam here yo cancel my subscription which you have done and I am asking for a full refund
