Αγόρασα ένα τραπέζι κουζίνας (μασίφ πεύκο), είναι σαν ψεύτικο, δεν είναι τριμμένο το ξύλο, η συναρμολόγηση έγινε με δυσκολία γιατί τα εξαρτήματα που είχε η συσκευασία ήταν κακής ποιότητας και οι τρύπες λάθος στο ξύλο. Η επιφάνεια του τραπεζιού έχει 2 λακκούβες, είναι άγρια , θέλει τρίψιμο και βάψιμο. Το τραπέζι ήρθε από άλλη εταιρεία , νομίζω δεν είναι αυτό που παρήγγειλα. Δεν πρόκειται να παραγγείλω τίποτα από αυτην την ιστοσελίδα!

I bought a bathroom cabinet from their website on January 27, 2026. I started assembling it yesterday. It's a very poor quality Chinese product sold by VidalXL. The assembly parts are incomplete. The instructions provided are incomprehensible and lead to assembly errors. This product is a complete scam! I don't understand how they can sell such products! Avoid at all costs.

Αγόρασα παιδικό κρεβάτι τον Ιούλιο 2025. Το Νοέμβριο είχε σπάσει. Αρχικά είπαν ότι το καλύπτει η εγγύηση. Μετά είπαν πως δεν το καλύπτει και θα μου επέστρεφαν €40. Μετά απλώς σταμάτησαν να επικοινωνούν.

Item received from pakobazaar.gr had missing parts. I needed it for a project and was willing to wait for delivery of the missing parts. The company decided I should ship the entire item, therefore I could no longer proceed with my project, therefore I cancelled the order altogether and looked for another solution. Since then, the company has made numerous mistakes (e.g. placing a new order on my behalf) and delayed the reimbursement. They get 2 stars because there was acceptable and quick email response with customer service, even though the end result was not satisfactory (central ops must be a mess, but customer service at least makes an effort...).

The company is a fake company that shows one thing in the photos and sends another to customers.

I am trying to contact the company via email or messenger. No reply.

Too late delivered. Because of spam we lost another 450 euro. Screws missing and no good manual. Hell of a job. 16 hours to put a shed together (with 3 persons). Never again!

I purchased 2 galvanized steel planter boxes for my balcony. When I made the purchase I did not know that Pakobazaar is the same company as VidaXL. (I found out when I looked at the assembly instructions and saw VidaXL on them.) I recently returned my first (and last) purchase from VidaXL because it was absolute junk and very overpriced for the quality. So now I have a similar experience with Pakobazaar.

The planters are cheap Chinese-made junk. they are wobbly, and the steel panels easily flex and bend. Additionally, the planters are made of galvanized steel because they are supposed to be resistant to rain. But all of the assembly screws are cheap zinc, and will rust within 1 season outdoors.

I paid €118 for these planters and they are worth about €40. It's apparent to me that the owners of both VidaXL and Pakobazaar are just interested in selling cheap junk at high prices. Very disappointing.
