Returned a suit
Returned a suit, tie , waist coat chain and clip
But wasn’t refunded the cost of the tie. I emailed on Thursday when I received the notification but still no reply to my email. I’ve also tried to phone but no one seems to answer.

For this reason, we're not sure what specifically you feel looks different from the photos.
The fabric composition and material details are clearly listed in the product description to help customers make an informed purchase before ordering.
