What in the world is wrong with this company?
Still after months of waiting I haven’t gotten anywhere with these people. It’s horrible!!! Still waiting on my refund to my credit card. They said they would refund me but couldn’t refund to my original payment??!! Why the hell not? This is so weird. Please do not use this company it would be a big mistake.

I received good customer service from Pamaheart, when they replaced a blanket that I had ordered. The first blanket that I received had some dye damage on it. The blanket was soft and beautiful and made from excellent material. I would recommend this company.

I ordered 2 custom items and received…Terrible customer service
I ordered 2 custom items and received tracking info. My package arrived, no packing slip and only one of the 2 items. The one item I received was the wrong size and according to the shipping both items were shipped. Cannot get anyone to contact me with these issues. Repointing and reversing charges on my card.

Due to the personalized nature of the item, we're unable to offer refund or replacement for this shirt. If you want to reorder, we're happy to offer you discounts.
About the other shirt, we have sent the tracking info to your email. Please understand that we shipped every item right after it's finished to avoid delay during the peak season.

Unprofessional and no product!
Ordered a sun catcher as a Christmas present and went to check on the order a couple weeks later only to see it had been canceled. No reason and no notification to me. So, now I need to scramble for a replacement in time.
Update - than you for the reply, but I don't have any emails from you - and yes, I checked the spam folder. I also checked the shipping address and it's correct. So, unfortunately and I'm not updating my review.

Ordered two custom items - still have not received
Ordered two custom items. Was charged for those items. I received an email that the items had shipped. The items never moved any further. Still shows as Label Created. I have tried to contact customer service but all you can do is email and get an automated response. I would love to know how all these people with the "great customer service" reviews contacted them. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give less than one star, I would. Oh, and mysteriously, their website it no longer available. Total scam!

60th anniversary gift
My wife ordered a 60th anniversary cross for her parents anniversary. After reading more, she found out that it is very small and looks cheap. She tried to cancel the order and requested a refund but was Emailed the next day that the company does not give refunds. We will be telling people in the Texarkana Texas area if they see the name pamaheart, do not purchase.

We love the T shirt
We love the T shirt. It has gotten many great comments. The Tshirt is very soft material and washed well. The only problem we had was the stitching in the neck area came apart. I repaired it on my own.

bad customer service and over priced item
This is miss leading looking at the date of becoming a dad what infant has a nickname for there dad. I thought the dad nickname was for contact info. It never showed me what the shirt would look like before it was ordered as ur site said it would show a preview of item. That is wrong for y'all not to correct issue after paying 40 dollars for a shirt that u spent a few dollars on. I will make sure to leave y'all some good reviews on social media and Yelp. The shirt I seen and ordered said dad on it. I was not aware the the nick name would be on the shirt. Thought ur website say want the customer to be happy with there purchase. And instead of replacing my item u want to offer me 30 % off so basically cover shipping and me pay again for a 15 dollar shirt for over 40 dollars. Do not order from this company. They're customer service is BS don't believe the website or the few good reviews those are probably from people the work there or own company.

Best customer service I have dealt with in a longtime. I had an issue with my shirt, and my address and it was sent back and then got lost! They were so kind and replaced it no hassle. It truly is hard to find service like anymore, appreciate there efforts and communication and helping me so much.
