Pampered Chef items are of lower quality and more overpriced than they were 25 years ago. I used their baking stoneware for 25 years, until it broke in half. I ordered a brand-new one, but it cracked on the bottom within a few months. I've been using it carefully, and it broke in half in a few years. I had their can opener twice, and both broke easily after a few uses. Their items SUCK, and I will never order them again.

Moin,
habe vor 3 Wochen den Ofenmeister bestellt. 2x per Mail nachgefragt aber immer nur vertröstet worden. Per Telefon kann man keinen erreichen.
Dann habe ich storniert und auf darauf kam keine Bestätigung. Ganz im Gegenteil. Auf einmal war der Ofenmeister schon unterwegs.
Aber auch das ist gelogen da lt. DHL der Versand lediglich seit 4 Tagen angekündigt wurde aber noch nichts unterwegs ist.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht vom…

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von Pampered Chef. Den Zaubermeister habe ich am 14.01. bestellt. Leider wies das Produkt Mängel auf, sodass ich es bereits am 23.01. reklamiert und zurückgeschickt habe.

Seitdem warte ich auf eine Reaktion – vergeblich. Es kam keinerlei Rückmeldung. Am 19.02. habe ich den Kundenservice per E-Mail kontaktiert, aber auch darauf keine Antwort erhalten. Eine weitere Nachfrage am 21.02. bei der zuständigen Beraterin brachte ebenfalls keine Lösung. Stattdessen wurde ich von da an Woche für Woche nur hingehalten, ohne dass tatsächlich etwas passiert ist.

Am 10.03. habe ich erneut eine E-Mail an den Kundenservice geschickt – wieder keinerlei Reaktion.

So einen schlechten Service habe ich selten erlebt. Auf Reklamationen wird offenbar nicht reagiert und man fühlt sich als Kunde komplett im Stich gelassen. Der Kundenservice ist schlicht unterirdisch – man hat den Eindruck, dass man sich einfach totstellt.

Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv keine Erfahrung, die ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Update: Ware am 18.03., nach fast 8 Wochen erhalten.

Ware kam nicht an

Ich habe 14 Tage auf meine Ware gewartet.
Nach 7 Tagen sagte mir der Mitarbeiter am Telefon, dass die Ware heute noch versendet wird.
Nach 10 Tage hieß es telefonisch dann, man könne nicht sagen, wann die Ware versendet wird.
Nach 14 Tagen bin ich dann vom Kauf zurückgetreten; Geld wurde anstandslos von Paypal zurückerstattet (ist da wohl was bekannt?)

Schlechtes Material beim Kuchengitter...

Habe mir das Kuchengitter und den kleinen Ofenmeister beziehungsweise Lilli bestellt. Sehr lange Lieferzeit. Das Kuchengitter habe ich jetzt fünf Mal benutzt. Um es genau zu beschreiben, ich habe fünf Mal die Form darauf gestellt. Die schwarze Beschichtung des Kuchengitters löst sich bereits jetzt. Wie die Beraterin mir auf Anfrage sagte, darf auf dem Gitter nichts hin und her geschoben werden. Das sollte man vielleicht vorher erfahren, da sich ein Hin- und Herschieben im Alltag kaum vermeiden lässt . Die Idee dieses Kuchengitters ist gut, das Material extrem schlecht. Schade eigentlich.

Gute Produkte & miserabler Kundenservice

An sich ist Pampered Chef eine gute Firma mit tollen Produkten.

Die Abwicklung einer Retoure ist jedoch Katastrophe ...

Hier bei uns ist zb das Paket bei Pampered Chef angekommen, allerdings angeblich nur mit 50% des Inhaltes.

Trotz Zeugenaussagen, da ich mir für das nun fehlende Produkt extra in der Firma nebenan einen größeren Karton geholt habe. Trotz Zeugen, die mir beim Packen zugesehen haben.

Gleicht quasi einem Betrug, Pampered hat sein Produkt wieder & der Kunde zahlt.

While their website is set up well and their pricing seems fair, their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Following your order, you get a confirmation email and an entreaty to sign up for an online tracking service. You are then bombarded with daily emails and texts from "Dennis Weaver" hawking their specials. The name makes me think of the actor who played Chester Good on the TV series Gunsmoke. Emails for status updates go unanswered and their phone number will not take voicemail messages. My package did eventually arrive. I received a shipment email with FedEx tracking, but never did get a reply to my email messages. I sent messages using their "Contact Us" facility, as well as direct. I have yet to try the product, but will NOT be using them again. Too much aggravation.

Aktionsartikel bis heute nicht geliefert

Ich muss sagen, dass die Präsentation mit der Kundenbetreuerin sehr gut war.

Jedoch war unsere Präsentation am 04.01.26 und bis heute haben wir unser Gastgebergeschenk nicht erhalten, Ebenso haben wir unsere Halbpreis-Artikel nicht bekommen.

Der Kundensupport ist schlecht und niemals zu empfehlen, weil es keine Lösung gibt.

Erst hies es wir würden unser Produkt am 01.02.26 bekommen, jetzt heißt es wenn alles gut geht, bekommen wir am 01.03.26 unsere Artikel, aber dieser Termin ist immer noch nicht verbindlich.

Die Aussage ist immer wieder: Wir haben darauf keinen Einfluss.

Bezahlt werden musste jedoch direkt nach der Präsentation

I never received my package

I never received my package. When I reached out to them & asked if it was insured & could reship my items they told me to reach out to the shipper & figure it out myself. Exceptionally poor customer service.

Versand angekündigt, danach Funkstille

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen – in diesem Fall sehe ich mich leider dazu veranlasst.

Ich habe am 10.01. bestellt, am 12.01. wurde die Sendung bei DHL angekündigt. Seitdem passiert: nichts. Keine Zustellung, keine Statusänderung, keinerlei Information.

Besonders enttäuschend ist der Kundenservice. Mehrere Kontaktversuche – sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail – blieben erfolglos. Erst heute erhielt ich folgende Rückmeldung:

„Vielen Dank für Ihre E-Mail. Wir haben Ihr Anliegen an unsere Lagerabteilung weitergeleitet. Sie erhalten eine Rückmeldung, sobald wir eine Antwort bekommen.
Für weitere Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Wir wünschen Ihnen noch einen schönen Tag!“

Diese Antwort ist leider völlig inhaltsleer, bietet weder eine Erklärung noch eine konkrete Lösung oder einen Zeitrahmen.

Für ein Unternehmen dieser Größe erwarte ich Transparenz, Verlässlichkeit und einen erreichbaren Kundenservice. Leider wurde ich in allen Punkten enttäuscht.

Sehr schade – so stelle ich mir ein professionelles Kundenerlebnis nicht vor.

Achtung Abzocke!!!

Ich habe am 12.12.2025 mehre Artikel bestellt.
Vier der bestellten Artikel sind nach drei Wochen angekommen, jedoch die mit bestellte Teigunterlage fehlte bei der Lieferung.
Ich habe inzwischen vier Mal Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen und zoch E-Mails geschrieben.
Sogar der Kontakt zur Beraterin hat überhaupt gar nichts bewirkt!
Wir haben heute den 24. Januar 2026 und ich habe nach wie vor keine Antwort erhalten, ob mein bestellter und bezahlter Artikel jemals bei mir ankommen wird.😕🤔🧐
Ich habe daraus gelernt und werde bei diesem Unternehmen niemals wieder etwas bestellen!!!

Pampered Chef Coffee Maker - Junk

I am extremely disappointed with Pampered Chef and would not recommend their coffee maker to anyone.
I purchased a Pampered Chef coffee maker in May as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. Right out of the box, it did not work and displayed flashing “2” and “12” error codes, which indicate overheating. Customer service initially handled it well and sent a replacement, but I had to package and return the defective unit myself.
The replacement worked for only a few months, not even a year, before failing with the exact same error codes. Again, I contacted customer service, went through troubleshooting, and because it was still under warranty, they sent another replacement — this time requiring me to cut the cord off the old unit as proof it couldn’t be used.
Today, the third coffee maker arrived. We plugged it in, and unbelievably, it had the exact same flashing 2 and 12 error codes right out of the box. It did not work at all.
After another call to customer service and more troubleshooting, I was told I now had to send this coffee maker back so their “quality team” could evaluate it, because I’ve already had multiple replacements. At this point, I’ve had three defective coffee makers, countless phone calls, multiple returns, and a lot of wasted time — all for a $300 product.
I should not be dealing with repeated failures, returns, and delays at this price point. I should also not be expected to wait again while they “investigate” a product that has already failed three times.
I ultimately told them to keep the coffee maker and issue a refund. This experience has completely turned me off from Pampered Chef appliances. Quality control is clearly an issue, and the inconvenience to the customer is unacceptable.
Bottom line: expensive product, repeated failures, and not worth the frustration. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Lange Lieferzeit - kein Kundenservice

Habe den Ofenzauberer Plus bestellt. Nach ewig langer Lieferzeit kam das Teil dann an.
Wollte es dann aber wieder zurückschicken. Dazu habe ich eine Mail an die pampered chef geschrieben und nie eine Antwort erhalten.
60€ futsch und die Platte an die Verwandschaft weiterverschenkt.

Wer sein Geld nicht zum Fenster rauswerfen möchte, sollte dort lieber nicht bestellen.

Coffee machine

First let me say that my Pampered Chef representative has been great but she can only do what headquarters lets her do.
I received as my free product for the ‘party’ I had—-the coffee machine. It does regular ground coffee, k-cups and espresso pods. It doesn’t give us any problem except when using the espresso pods. The company did exchange it out for me in May (I got it in February but my warranty is only good for the month I had my ‘party’ which was January 🤷🏻‍♀️) recently they sent me a new espresso pod insert but I’m satisfied there is nothing wrong with it, but something in how the machine itself works. It blows the seal and often just starts leaking water out the back of the insert (I guess that’s where it’s coming from). I often have to pause it, fix the seal and then finish it and that’s provided it’s just the seal part. I just made a cup and I had to do it three times and then had to add water after noticing it was all over the counter so not a full serving in the cup plus had to strain it as it had spewed grounds everywhere. This gets expensive when you have to replace the pod and start over. I do have a return ship label but it’s the holiday season and they refuse to send another until I return this one. But soon as I get a box large enough to return it in it’s going back. Just curious if I’m the only one having issues because I refuse to believe that I am. Wondering if there shouldn’t be a recall!
And to the lady calling is all suckers….you do know that generally anyone buying or having a party is helping someone else out so they can get their products? It’s not always about self however, knowing they aren’t honoring some warranty stuff and customer service is lacking it does make it hard to think about supporting others on this product.

Gifted a brand new set that does not function

We were gifted a brand new Flex+ Multi-Prep Set that would not function out of the box and customer service said they would do nothing since the product was now discontinued. Bad product and horrible customer service to not support a non-fencing new product.

Lieferzeit über 5 Wochen

Am 2. Dezember war die Party. Ware bestellt und sofort wie gewünscht bezahlt. Es wurde versprochen dass die Ware vor Weihnachten kommt. Auf Nachfrage heute: Ware kommt erst nächstes Jahr wegen „Komplikationen“
Da ist ein Stern noch Zuviel. Bin sehr enttäuscht

Was lied to by pampered chef seller

My wife bought 3 stoneware baking pans of different sizes at a pampered chef party about 15 years ago. The party was hosted by an authorized pampered chef seller. At the time of purchase, the lady who sold my wife the items stated that "there is a lifetime warranty on the baking pans." Fast forward to now one of the pans developed a hairline crack in the middle of the pan. We have never dropped or abused the pan and only use the pan for residential cooking - not commercial use. I went on their website but it is very confusing about what products are covered under warranty. So I called pampered chef and was told that the pans we have are only covered by a 3 year warranty. We will not be buying any more pampered chef products in the future. Dont take their word for the truth they are liars.
