Ordered a xxl anxiety dog bed. I got the bed but no filling inside. So it's more like a blanket. Don't waste your money buy from somewhere else.

If my dog wasn’t desperate for a bed I’d of sent it back.
Cheap and nasty- lumpy and bumpy. For the price I paid I felt completely ripped off. His old dog bed had removable covers and high sides. Good for anxiety - this bed was nothing like it’s claims - the bed that gives you anxiety. Bought a proper bed from pupnaps for half the price! Should’ve done this in the first place.

Quick delivery exactly what I expected product is well made and with my dog's name and our phone number we should have no problem if he were to wander off

The harness is poor quality my 12 year old son pulled the harness and managed to rip it off so it wasn’t stitched properly. I contacted company twice now but no response :(

I ordered a dog harness. Waited for 3 weeks for it to arrive. The personalisation has not been done. I’ve emailed the company but they have not replied. There is no phone number so I’m at a loss as to how to move forward with this. I would advise you to go elsewhere and avoid being in my position.

Very good products, as described. Only issue is size chart means one of them is a wee bit big... maybe more to do with my oddly shaped doggie! 🤔😆

I ordered a harness on the 9/06/2022, it is now the 30th and I am still yet to receive it!
I have emailed with no response and then the website now states a different email address so on trying that one the email is rejected!
I want my money back but can’t get a response from anyone.
Please do not buy from this company!

Now in the bin as push button to allow water to flow fell out of unit. Only used about 6 times. Shame worked ok for a while.Ended up a waste of money.

I ordered the harness and lead with my phone number on in case my dog ever got lost. When the harness arrived, it had the wrong phone number and dog name on. i emailed them and after a few days i received a reply apologizing and that they would send out a new patch with the correct details. 5 days later i received the new patch, and to my surprise AGAIN it had the wrong pet name on and no phone number!!!.
3rd time lucky and it finally arrived with the correct dog name and phone number.
Sadly after having only purchased the harness in March, the catch on it has snapped.
i sent them an email on 10 May with a photo of the broken catch, and no surprise they haven't bothered to reply to any of my emails.
i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Dreadful service, dreadful customer service etc, basically dreadful all round.

Happy with my purchase, delivery, price, all spot on. I have contacted company with some info I require, but quite disappointed not to have had a reply.

I ordered a harness. Took 1 month to deliver. Took just over 1 month to snap in 2 at the side of a main road almost running over my puppy. Email sent to pamperpaws. No acknowledgement of the safety of the product. Declined to refund as was over a month. If you expect a harness to last for longer than a month do not order from here. Could have killed my dog. Unsafe product and unsympathetic company. Did not respond to my second email.

Unfortunately I never received the dog harness I ordered....as promised, so I wouldn't recommend this company.
