Panda Drum Avaliações

I love the drum. However, the “song book” that came with it is in such tiny print. It is useless. I would’ve hoped to have received a regular sized print song book with the drum.

Love my new drum!

Beyond my expectations! This Drum is SO well made. It is BEAUTIFUL, and the sounds are heavenly. But the best part is the effect it has on the nervous system ..very calming. I just ordered my second one for ME. First one was for my grandson with ADHD. I teach small children, and can't wait to use it in class! Delivery was great. Well done.

Great customer service. Delivery completed in time stated, maybe a day or so sooner . Loved the drum !! Flawless transaction all the way around . Highly recommended !

Before ordering, I had a few questions. I received a personal message within hours, fully answering my questions. I ordered right away. Drum shipped within 24 hours and was received in 3 days. My wife loves her Pro model and can’t wait to get into it fully. Thanks, Panda!

Our shipment was undeliverable due to an error in the address. I contacted Customer Service, and they were fantastic! They corrected the address and reshipped the order. Then they tracked it and double-checked with me that it was delivered. Best service ever. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Panda Drum, and I want to specifically acknowledge Harvey Smith for his exceptional customer service. we encountered an issue with our order, and while things like that can occur from time to time, what really matters is how it's managed. Harvey stepped in and resolved everything swiftly, professionally, and without any hassle. he made the entire process smooth and genuinely pleasant. because of that, we not only feel taken care of, but even more confident in the company overall. the products themselves are fantastic, and the level of customer support we received really sets Panda Drum apartm Highly recommendgreat product, even better service.

The drum arrived and our baby girl adores it!

I bought the panda drum for my grandchildren and they both loved it that they needed to have their own so I purchased mini panda drums for my granddaughter and my grandson and they absolutely love it. It seems like they really get into playing it and I love watching them experience new rhythm new sounds. It’s a great drum.

It was a gift for my husband and he loves it. Nice sounds, the silver color is beautiful and the case is definitely a plus.

The peace is so amazing and learning new lessons is exciting

The drums that I purchased from PandaDrum are great! I got one for myself and one for my niece (3 years old and LOVESSSSSS it!) and couldn't be happier! My order was quickly processed, had an update with my order that was professionally and quickly handled, and I am completely satisfied!!

I ordered a drum from Panda and immediately received an email thanking me for the order.
Then I received another email giving updates on delivery time. They kept me informed while I waited for the delivery.
I wasn’t used to the service and appreciation. It helped me know and trust the type of business they are. After delivery I was again impressed with the care of packaging and presentation. I was amazed at the quality of the drum and components. Having collected many drums over the years I had favorites.
The beauty and wonderful sound of this drum immediately made it my all time favorite.
I wish more companies would conduct business this way.

Love it! Excellent craftsmanship and sound!

You folks are great. always a reply and eager to helpmvAnd for an old lady (66) yes, learning to navigate the world of communication on her phone it's awesome to have someone who is willing to assist. I love listening to my grandson play his panda drumm. Makes my heart happy.

Harvey Smith was a joy to work with on my drum exchange. Best customer service I have ever had 😁

The customer representative was excellent, she was very prompt and courteous as she responded to and fixed an ordering issue.
The drum arrived slowly but safely. I am delighted with it. I used it for joy because I enjoy the sounds and vibrations. I am not a musician and cannot vouch that the drum has perfect pitch.

I am so grateful to Emma Collins for her prompt response to my email and I want you to know that your Customer Service is EXCELLENT!! I am very happy with the quality of your product and your outstanding service. Thank you so much for helping me and offering to help me more when I need it!! You don’t see service like yours these days and I am passing this along to my family and friends!!

I bought the mid size and the little one and my two year old and I can play together! He absolutely loves playing the little drum and it's been a great little bonding experience for the two of us. Thank you so much!
