I love special prices! Always buy something with new colors
But there is one downside. I don't want to buy new models and forms because the company has a very weird return policy. Unless you track the package yourself and wait two weeks, write this to a support- you won't get your money back.

My express order hasn’t been shipped 10 days after I placed it. The DHL tracking shows it was never sent. Alex from customer service has been telling me they are checking with the currier and the warehouse for 4 days now, unable to provide any further update.
Surely in 4 days you are able to hear back from your own warehouse or the currier. Nothing has been sent and they keep stalling while absolutely refusing to cancel an order that they never sent or even connect me to a manager that may be more helpful.
They only marked the order as shipped after I contacted them and the tracking number quite literally shows the order was never picked up. So I am not sure what I’m waiting for..
I am not even surprised this is the quality of their service after visiting their Carnaby store - 3 people at the till, chatting to each other, barely acknowledging there is a customer. No wonder the store was empty.

The company has a very priority attitude towards each customer. My delivery was delayed not through their fault, but by the courier company in Bulgaria. So the return period for one of my items expired. I wrote to them and they understood my situation very quickly. They allowed a return and were very responsive during all our communication. I will continue to be their customer. Great support by Alex.
And their materials are of exceptional quality.

The clothes themselves were completely dirty and the packaging of them fell apart aswell.
Overall terrible experience and I will never order from that company again.
Their „peppermint“ oil was nowhere to be found. The clothes stank and were dirty as hell.

I had a great experience with this company. The response time was excellent, and every interaction with their customer service team was prompt, courteous, and completely professional. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. Based on the level of service I received, I would highly recommend buying from them.

I shop at Pangaia regularly and I’m always satisfied. *****I shop here often and recently I even wrote a positive review, BUT I must have jinxed it. My last purchase was a DISASTER. I ordered matching tracksuits for myself and my daughter. The adult set arrived complete, but for the children’s set I only received the sweatpants. No message from Pangaia, nothing. So I emailed them asking why they only sent the sweatpants. The response I got was an automated message about a refund for the sweatshirt. I wrote back saying I don’t want a refund, I want them to send me the sweatshirt, and I’m not going to pay shipping again for their mistake. In their reply, they started claiming the sweatshirt was out of stock. I should point out that it was in stock, it could still be purchased again, and even now (almost a month after the order) it is still available.
So I decided to return the entire order. I refused to pay return shipping because no one informed me in advance that they wouldn’t send the full order, so it wasn’t my fault. After several emails, I forced the support staff to issue me a return label. I properly returned the package. Now it’s been 11 days since they received the returned shipment. I still haven’t received my money back. I emailed them AGAIN and got another automatic refund notification—the same one that should have been sent 11 days ago.
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PANGAIA. I USED TO LOVE SHOPPING HERE AND EVERYTHING MADE SENSE. NOW I AM DISGUSTED BY THEIR APPROACH AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. DISGUSTING.

PANGAIA handled my case in a very professional and fair way. I contacted them about a quality issue with a hoodie and pants, and even though the items were bought about a year ago and I no longer had the receipt, their customer service was kind, responsive, and solution oriented. I really appreciated the way they approached it. Great support from Alex and a very positive experience overall.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PANGAIA. The quality is shockingly bad — honestly, it can’t even be compared to the cheapest line from H&M.
I wore the set for the very first time - no washing, no special treatment, straight out of the packaging - and the fabric started shedding excessively. The material pills and leaves fibers everywhere. My socks, the floor, and even other surfaces were covered in lint after just a few hours of wearing it. This is not minor pilling - the clothing literally sheds and contaminates everything it touches.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand positioned as premium and sustainable. At this price point, basic durability and wearability should be guaranteed.
Unfortunately, I only tried the items after the return window had closed. Now I’m stuck with a full set of clothing that is essentially unwearable. These garments are simply not fit for purpose.
Very disappointing experience. I expected high-quality essentials - what I received feels like a defective product.
Would not recommend at any cost.

I’ve had one of the most frustrating shopping experiences of my life with Pangaia, and unfortunately, it has happened repeatedly.
Originally, I placed an order and returned most of the items. I selected a gift card refund because I planned to reorder in a different size.
Later, I placed a second order and paid partially with that gift card and partially with my credit card. This time, I explicitly selected a refund back to my original payment method (cash refund), because after all the issues I had already experienced, I didn’t want store credit anymore.
Instead, Pangaia refunded only the portion I paid via card and forced the rest into store credit again. After weeks of delays, I was told they “couldn’t refund in cash” and that this was their policy. I never agreed to this, and it felt like my money was being held hostage in the form of store credits...?
Ok, I got this card, so I need to spend it, right? So I decided to try ordering again using the store credits (because I had no choice).
My gift card was supposed to be worth €99 / $105, but when applied at checkout, it only deducted €88! On top of that, my order total was supposed to qualify for free delivery (I ordered two pieces which price was above €175 in total). Yet free shipping didn’t apply (because I used a gift card! Which is my money!) and I was still charged extra shipping fees.
So now I’ve lost:
- €12 of gift card value
- plus €7 in shipping fees
for absolutely no valid reason.
Even worse: the product quality is extremely disappointing for the price point. Jeans lost color and shrank after one wash. Fabric feels fragile and stains do not come out properly, if you have any, so you need to be extremely careful while wearing. Overall quality does not match the “premium” branding at all...
Pangaia has great marketing, but the reality is: confusing policies, inconsistent refund handling, unreliable checkout behavior, and overpriced clothing that doesn’t hold up. I genuinely regret how much money I’ve spent here.
Would not recommend.

Extremely poor customer service and product quality.
I purchased five Pangaia tracksuits, and every single one has either shrunk significantly or ripped after minimal wear. The quality is clearly substandard and faulty.
I contacted Pangaia to raise a complaint, and they confirmed in writing that they would refund all five tracksuits. I was initially pleased with this resolution and thought it reflected good customer service. However, they only provided two return labels for three of the items. I returned the items using the labels provided and followed up to ask when I would receive the remaining labels.
At that point, Pangaia informed me that they had changed their mind and would no longer honour the agreed refund. Even worse, they are now refusing to refund the three items that I have already sent back to them.
I am genuinely shocked that a large clothing brand would agree to a refund, accept returned goods, and then withdraw the resolution. I have received only generic, automated responses since raising this issue.
I also know several other people who have experienced the same problems with Pangaia tracksuits, which suggests a wider quality issue that the company is unwilling to acknowledge or take responsibility for.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this brand.

Les mensurations affichées sur le site ne correspondaient pas au produit reçu (notamment pour la doudoune que j’ai commandée). Le retour a aussi été compliqué, avec plus de 10 jours de délai. En revanche, le service client est excellent, très réactif et a bien pris en charge la situation.

I’m appalled by this company! The customer service is non existent! I bought something that ripped as I was trying it on! I sent multiple emails and no response whatsoever, so I’m escalating this matter with my bank now. Stay away. The quality is so poor it’s worse than primark and it’s a total greenwashing as it’s all cheap polyester…. But the worst part is basically them trying to scam you and not giving you your money back

The hoodies and track pants not only look great, they feel incredibly comfortable. The quality of the products is consistently good. The customer support team also responded to all my needs promptly and to my complete satisfaction—extremely charming. Our family loves PANGAIA.
